Azteca Tortilla Factory — Restaurant in San Juan

Haven't been here in a long time. The Barbacoa was good. I took one star off because back then they had a lot of sweet bread (pan dulce) to chose from and now they minimize their selections. They use to have 2 whole walls full of different kinds of sweet bread and now they only have 4 & 1/2 feet of bread. Bummer!🥺 Oh well!...../ November 3, 2020 I dunno how to respond on a separate block so what I would like is the donuts that have the pudding fillings inside of chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. Heck if possible cherry filling flavor. If cherry filling was baked hell I would buy them...

Great pan dulce, good barbacoa, and tortillas, but TERRIBLE customer service. One lady in front registers tries to help 2 people at once every time I go there and this last time she double charged me for a pack of tortillas and made me feel like it was my fault. She kept talking over me and the man in front of me. She said in Spanish, “I was helping the man in front of you that’s why I charged you twice”, and proceeded to shove the bag at me. Barbacoa is good, sweet bread is ok but overpriced. Seems like you spend more money paying for bread than barbacoa (weight wise) I know everyone is taking advantage of pricing nowadays, but even then this place had kept reasonable prices till not too long ago. Hopefully they realize that flour n eggs are not as expensive...
