Hornofino Coffee Shop — Restaurant in San Juan

Ok second time here. I went woth a friend to ship some cars and found this place. Forst time around it was a hit. Pancakes super fluffy and bacon super crispa.

What a train wreck. Bacon was way under cooked, the cools plated my wifes pancakes to my plate. Read the order cook, geez man really. Oh cook the bacon what the heck ? My wife ordered pancakes, off my recomendó for my first experiencia, wrong not today sweetheart. Pancakes were as flat as asfalto patch work, oh and to add injuries to the insults, they had no more syrup for the pancakes. Needless to say this will not be a go to place in the future ever never again. The service was a nigytmare the plating was another nightmare and the fact that they only had 1 tiny tub of syrup is a cry for a better Manager with business skills to run the place. In a span of less then 2 months my experience went from 5 stars to a neg -0 star. What a shame the place has hope but now its gone to ruin with eberthing else good...

Customer Service needs to be better. Called ahead of time to place an order for pickup and was advised it would take approximately 35 minutes. Got to the location in Cupey; waited to be acknowledged for about 5-7 minutes by the employees just to be told it would be another 30 minutes. Paid for the order and stayed and waited the additional time and went back after 30 minutes and again was advised that it would take 15 more minutes. When I asked the employee why it’s going to take longer she simply said “there’s only two people working today”. Mind you this was not during rush hour. This order was placed around 5pm, the location closes at 8pm. Completely...

Visitamos el restaurante ayer domingo 16 de octubre de 2022 a las 10:45am, para el brunch. Muy bonito el lugar pero mala experencia en el restaurante con la comida y la contaminación cruzada en los alimementos. Se solicito el plato sin cerdo pero con pavo. La mesera trae el plato con cerdo y en la reclamasión aparece la gerente indicando que se les acabó el pavo pero mandó a ponerle cerdo. Se devuelve el plato y la gerente lo trae nuevamente sin el cerdo, indicó que le sacaron el cerdo que estaba encima del pan y al lado del pavo. Se molesto cuando se le devolvió. Terminamos comiendo en la panadería. Mal manejo de los alimento en adición a costos muy altos en el restaurante por la cantidad de alimento. Si van a comer debe ser en la panadería, segun indicaron tienen 2 cocinas aparte entre cada área. Agradecemos a la supervisora de las meseras, la mesara y la lider de la panadería quienes ayudaron a resolver. La forma de sctusr de la gerente del restaurante no fué la mejor ayuda ni...
