Upon arrival, we were met with a disinterested and unhelpful attitude from the staff at the counter. Our questions were met with curt responses and a lack of enthusiasm.

During our bowling game, the lanes we were assigned malfunctioned twice, causing significant disruptions to our play. When we requested additional time to compensate for the lost time, the staff was hesitant to comply, demonstrating a lack of customer service orientation.

The overall ambiance of the bowling alley was outdated and in desperate need of renovation.
