Buying a refrigerator from Costco is a nightmare. Bought one on Black Friday 2023, online order which had $300 rebate, which during payment we discovered it was given only after delivery. Remember this detail, as this will come back later. Two weeks passed, received a call from Costco canceling the same day of delivery because the refrigerator was destroyed during shipment. The model that we wanted was not available anymore. Order canceled.
Went back to purchase the next model ($800 more), so, from $2800 it waa now $3500. Fine. Two more weeks passed.Then, during delivery insids the house my husband noted that the refrigerator had a big dent on the corner in the front of the fridge. Apparently it happened inside the delivery truck. Called logistics, they offered $200 less. I would not take less than $500. They didn't budge, me neither so requested a replacement. My refrigerator during movement it was practically disassembled, they were supposed to move and place the refrigerator in the kitchen, and the delivery team was in a hurry. Saw a little leak in the water valve and didn't want to connect the line. My husband checked after they left and it was only to tighten it a little bit. Very rude people. I called to process the $300 reimbursement, but they said it was not possible yet since we have to wait for the third refrigerator to arrive. Costco has millions, but reimbursing $300 apparently is a great sacrifice for them. Jad no choice but wait for the replacement.
Three weeks more passed, finally the 3rd refrigerator arrived and looks fine. I called for the reimbursement from Black Friday deal, and after an hour and 3 agents later, they finally processed it. Shoud take 3-5 more days. I will never buy appliances from them ever again. Two months for a...

no se pude negar que los precios son buenos.. el personal super atento.. pero la logística es fatal .. . Peor aún .. prometen llamar y no lo hacen .. desde diciembre estoy esperando que llamen.. ayer me dijeron que puedo cancelar todo y.generar una nueva orden pero sin los descuentos ..
Actualización Hoy enero 22, 2025 sigo esperando mis artículos … de una orden que se hizo en noviembre .. esto es excusa tras excusas .. primero no tenían el stacking kit, luego no tenían la secadora … se canceló la orden y se pidieron nuevos enseres que supuestamente estaban disponibles … ahora la excusa es que no tienen la lavadora .. Costco tendrá buenos precios .. pero es un desorden … no hay comunicación .. y lo que llaman logística para nada es lógico .. en fin .. ya casi 3 meses y sigo sin mis artículos .. ahhh que no se me olvide .. puedes cancelar la orden es lo que ellos te recomiendan pero tienes que comprar a precio regular sin garantía de que tenga...
