Stars Drive-in — Restaurant in San Juan

Hubby went to purchase LG combo burgers for the fam to our surprise burgers were not lg burgers they were Jr burgers. Called and tlkd to Asst Mng whom I asked wht was his name and he paused fr awhile then sd his name was Marlyn to which he was the server he sd and he made the burgers himself to find out ticket has name of server Hadrian H. so wow from Marlyn to Hadrian big difference. I asked fr Mngrs name sd he cldnt gv out her name bcs she did not allow them to gv it out but yet I asked ok gv me supervisors name he sd Jaime Carvajal where I sd I thought u cldnt gv out names he cldnt respond anymore. But finally I got Mngrs name Crystal. Here are pics of burger received mind me it is a LG double meat burger changed into a Jr burger. LG burger bun is 1 I hv from my own. Apparently asst Mgr sd what brand of burger buns do you hv there at home, I responded do yours hv a brand name he sd no then what difference does it mk wht brand name of buns I have here at home if yours dont have a brand name duh! So I sd ok wl contact supervisor tomorrow and file a complaint against you. He sd thts fine. Their burger on left side and my Lg burger bun on right! Never again rating...

Not good today. We phoned in an order around 7. Told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I live around 8 minutes away. I got there. Let them know I was there for a phone in order. Gave them my name. Was told it would be right out. Then I waited and waited. Around 20 minutes later one of the girls looked at me through the window then came out to ask if I had already ordered. I told her I was picking up a phone order and she said she was very sorry but everything was messed up inside and the orders were all wrong. She apologized and went back in. Some 15 minutes later my order is finally given to me. I get home to cold burgers and fries. So...

After visiting this establishment for years they have now down sized their portions and up charging customers. I am extremely disappointed and I this will be my last visit here. So sad to see one of my favorites no longer providing what they advertise. They normally have good portions for the chicken tenders. This time it was rubbery and under cooked as well as smaller and less of them. $12 is too much for that.

Edit: I reached out to the manager and she was so friendly and understanding. She offered me a new order of tenders and they were beautiful this time! Thank you to the stars for being so great!!! 2nd photos depicts...
