Tamika, served me here just now. I couldn’t ask for a couple more olives because she said she already put extra even though there were bare spots on the footlong. Same thing with the bell peppers. I let her know that it shouldn’t be a problem to put a little more olives on the sandwich and she said she had already counted 6 olives and that’s all that goes on a footlong even though I had ordered my sub with extra (“MORE”) veggies (Please refer to picture). She told me she had added more already and told me, as per a sign, there would be an extra charge for more, and that I should be grateful that I had already gotten a “deal.” I’ve attached the sign too, and no where on it does it say there’s an up-charge for more veggies. I told her this was inappropriate and unacceptable, but she never faltered, and she never added extra anything to my sub as per my repeated requests and my original order. Had the sub not already been paid for, I would’ve considered walking out and taking my business elsewhere. Tamika, had an attitude with me as soon as I walked into the store and kept that same nasty attitude with me throughout the entire customer experience. Again, she made it seem like her business would go under if she added any more olives to the sandwich.
Having said that, I question whether I will ever step foot in a Subway again. This is not how you treat loyal, lifelong customers. I know that I will never ever step foot in this particular location ever again- which is unfortunate as I find myself nearby on the daily. When I asked for a manager, she claimed she was manager. When I asked for the owner, again, she claimed she was the owner. This is not how you do business, ma’am. If you really are the manager/owner, you should know that it’s not worth losing BIG Busine$$ for a couple measly olives, but you will learn in due time. At this rate, you will be out of business in the future, and I do know one thing though- it’ll be because of the lack of my coworker’s, family, friends and my own future business at your establishment, along with all of the other negative experiences with the community at large that will lead to your eventual demise. That being said, based on multiple reviews, others seem to have issues at this exact location as of late. I must conclude this review with a personal message to Tamika; “Lady, ‘MORE’ means a greater amount than normal, not the same amount nor a lesser amount. Have an amazing career hoarding all of your vegetables!”
P.S. attached picture shows all vegetables are well stocked, especially the olives (they’re still overflowing after the measly amount she used).
P.S.S. It’s baffling the service and product you get from a near $14 sandwich. Even more baffling is the attitude and behavior from leadership at this locale. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's important for businesses to ensure accuracy in fulfilling orders, as it greatly impacts the customer experience. 😕 I hope Subway takes steps to improve their order fulfillment process to prevent such disappointments in the future. 🤞

I order through the subway app often and pick up in store and she always goes above and beyond preparing and labeling the sandwiches. The subs are always extra toasted as requested and they always taste phenomenal.
