Cashier double charged my daughter for her 20 piece and basket of fries. While waiting for our food we tried to get a manager's attention but to no avail. One of the employees that was on break tried to talk to another employee (blonde girl who later we found out was named mariela not sure if that name was real because after that she was literally hiding from us) and she was very rude to him. She was also slamming the food in the pick up area not even calling out names or numbers so the food especially fries were getting cold. My daughter went and looked for the customer to inform them the food was out. When I finally got my order the fries were cold not even salted and I wasn't even given my bbq sauce. When I asked another employee to give me fresh fries and my bbq sauce I got a rude look. EVERYONE there was rude. When I tried to get blonde girls attention (and I speak loudly) I was ignored. When I told the cashier to tell me her name she said she didnt know it and walked up to her and told her something cuz after that that is when she was just hiding from us and then the manager Ashley came up to us. Today - Ordered 20 chicken nuggets w basket of fries, two cheeseburgers and a McDouble. Get a giant bag with fry sitting on top, assuming that this is my entire order but because I have three kids and a crying baby in the back, I proceed to go home only to find out that I'm missing half my order. I tried calling your number and it's just a busy signal. This is what happens when you have a bunch of 17-year-olds doing quality assurance checks.
