McDonald's — Restaurant in San Juan

Cashier double charged my daughter for her 20 piece and basket of fries. While waiting for our food we tried to get a manager's attention but to no avail. One of the employees that was on break tried to talk to another employee (blonde girl who later we found out was named mariela not sure if that name was real because after that she was literally hiding from us) and she was very rude to him. She was also slamming the food in the pick up area not even calling out names or numbers so the food especially fries were getting cold. My daughter went and looked for the customer to inform them the food was out. When I finally got my order the fries were cold not even salted and I wasn't even given my bbq sauce. When I asked another employee to give me fresh fries and my bbq sauce I got a rude look. EVERYONE there was rude. When I tried to get blonde girls attention (and I speak loudly) I was ignored. When I told the cashier to tell me her name she said she didnt know it and walked up to her and told her something cuz after that that is when she was just hiding from us and then the manager Ashley came up to us. I asked for the sauce for my daughter's nuggets and before I could complain about her being double charged she left at this point I was like forget this I'll just...

Been to this location several times just based on convenience where I live ..and time and time again they messed up my order. Today - Ordered 20 chicken nuggets w basket of fries, two cheeseburgers and a McDouble. Get a giant bag with fry sitting on top, assuming that this is my entire order but because I have three kids and a crying baby in the back, I proceed to go home only to find out that I'm missing half my order. I tried calling your number and it's just a busy signal. This is what happens when you have a bunch of 17-year-olds doing quality assurance checks. There's so many reviews on here about the constant inaccuracies of customer orders. Can someone from corporate address this issue. I mean you were founded in 1955 and you can't get orders right over...

The manager herself treated a handicap lady so rudely ,had no hair net ,no name tag,hair a mess ,worst attitude as if her tattoos scare somebody but refused to give corporate number ,refused her name ,she basically said I don't care your 10 dollars flew away because the cashier three the money n change,wanted her to get out of her car to search an expressway ,the rudeness ,the ordasity of this manager is beyond ,and has been reported to corporate and I'm sure she will be hering from them soon ,since she refused me her name and corp number and violated a handicap that can't walk,think she forgot McDonald's has surveillance, and audio because baby girl you may be fired or written up you will be exposed and your Facebook famous for disrespecing a handicap...
