I’ve ordered on Uber eats three different times and I’ve had missing items. Today was no exception. I payed for a coffee that was never delivered. Called and the lady that answered was rude and apathetic. I explained that this has happened before. She wasn’t open to conversation, but for interrupting me while I was trying to explain. She denied that I had ordered a coffee even after I said I have the receipt on my phone. I have the store’s receipt and they didn’t even wrote down the whole order. I love this place. I am obsessed with their quesitos and their pascaulina. The family that operates this place is the most loving and attentive people. I cannot recommend this place enough.
