Roccabs — Restaurant in San Leandro

First time trying out Roccabs, searched for a breakfast spot in the area and this seemed like a good option.

A pretty good list of sandwiches and paninis as well as other dishes for dine-in or to-go. The workers seemed nice and were all busy preparing food when I arrived.

Ordered the Salami Panini with an egg and the Mexican hot chocolate. Really enjoyed the cinnamon in the hot chocolate, really hit the spot. The panini was very well prepared! There wasn't cheese and other ingredients falling out, nice grill marks, and very flavorful. Eggs cooked as I had asked.

Overall, I enjoyed my order and will most likely be returning whenever I'm in...

Great little spot to enjoy my favorite drink! I ordered a matcha latte 🍵which, much to my surprise, came out brown in color with espresso shots in it. Very unusual as mainstream coffee shops like Starbucks and Peets never make these drinks with espresso. I spoke with the Barista who kindly made a new latte with milk and matcha. So tasty! Maybe there was a misunderstanding as she said it wasn’t made from tea; yet, matcha is ground up green tea leaves which result in a power. Anywho, the outdoor patio in the back is a huge bonus! Perfect scenery to relax and enjoy a nice book. I will certainly come back...

My second time eating here and it was just as great as the first. I work nearby and it's easily accessible by walking and also plenty of parking along E. 14th st.

Today I ordered the BLT. Normally I would get the egg salad, but I saw they use cream cheese in the BLT and I had to try it. The sandwich overall was great, but the cream cheese really gave it a nice, creamy, cheesy texture which I enjoyed. The sandwich came to about $12 or so and was well worth it.

They also have a few tables inside and it seems busy in the afternoon. If you're not a fan of cream cheese, i'd suggest the egg salad here, its...
