Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Leandro

A beef burrito comes with beef,red sauce, onion, and cheese. Several times I've gotten a burrito with rice ,beef,and maybe cheese. As of 1/14/21 I will go somewhere else now.

I'm sorry to say I did go back tonight and went inside to order just to be told I had to order off the kiosk and had so muck of a problem. I had to go through the drive through. For some 40 years I've gone to Taco Bell and ordered a BEEF BURRITO and they all came with beef, red sauce, onions, and cheese. Tonight it came with very little meat ,more rice than meat, no red sauce , no cheese , but it came with queso sauce. I didn't taste so well. I ordered 2 beef burritos, 2 beefy 5 layer burritos, 7 tacos, and a supreme nacho bell grande and a strawberry freeze. I asked for a handful of fire sauce ,Hot sauce, and Mild sauce. When I receit ved my order I was only given 5 fire hot sauce and after ordering strawberry freeze not 1 but 3 times and still didn't get it. But while waiting for my order. I was looking through the window from the drive through and they were talking orders from the counter. My wife said never again will we come to the Taco Bell on Hesperian boulevard and Lewelling again.

Hello Taco Bell I am a long time Happy Customer Of All Your Menu Items 🤗 . Today 9:10A.M. I am not so HAPPY 🥺 I was leaving Walmart and I had to use your restroom 🚺 , This Location is very convenient I utilize it constantly, I also know it's a Bathroom We're Homeless 🚿 Takes Wash Ups And At Any Time The Man's Bathroom Is LOCKED 🔒 Even though it is Two Restroom Stalls.I know from experience the Cashier will unlock the Lady's restroom if the store is empty. So I asked the Drive through cashier if I can utilize the Lady's restroom since she was just talking to the Gentleman working on the Pepsi Machine. I was not rude To your Employee, I even let her know I have Kidney Disease and I was really at the point of Wetting my self. Your Cashier Yelled at me and said that I Have To Wait 🥺 I explained that I was about to make a accident on my self 😞 The Pepsi Machine Worker suggested that it would be a good idea to open the facility for me so I would not 🚫 have a accident on the Floor. The worst experience. Writing bad review first time in my life. Staff does not pay attention. They disrespect the people, also literally laugh on the guests.

I specially made two different order from kiosk, one vegetarian order for dine in and one chicken order for to go. They gave me to go order for dine-in and it was my first time in my life i ate chicken because of lack of employee’s attention. I complained them and asked for my dine-in order which was completely vegetarian. They again gave me something else and it was beef which I didn’t order at all. It is totally against my religion. I went back to them and asked for my money back where manager refused to give me the refund receipt. From the kitchen area the employee who served me wrong order both the time was laughing on me watching me. Manager also refused to tell me his name when i asked and claimed he is also manager, which was not true.

I want someone to take immediate action on this if there is any mature employee who really pays attention on that store. They all are youngsters and do not pay...
