This is the first time I came here and also the last time cause of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. My friend took me to this place and we ordered “all we can eat” with the price in the my friend’s menu “20.95” but in my menu that was “22.95”. That’s why we asked the waitress before we chose that option or separated items and they confirmed yes with 20.95 for lunch. We didn’t dare to order a lot at the beginning, so we order enough for 3 of us but they brought out not enough what we ordered, that was fine to us cause we thought that was not matter. Then we asked to order few more just for dessert but they rejected and told it was not included in “all we can eat”. So I ordered a dish of taro and realized that they charged $22.95 for each, not $20.95, I asked them and they told me that Tuesday has to be $22.95 for whole day and other days just $20.95 but limit time 1.5hrs. That was why I thought I should order more meat and I ordered more cause I felt not full enough but they told me that was the last call, and I would not able to order anything else. Then they gave us bill immediately. I though they were rude but I also tip them 5% of my bill. The thing is that I haven’t finished a dish of meat they just brought out, they came to me and told me that they closed that time, they cleaned and took out all dishes in front of me even a dish of meat that I was eating with rush attitude. I didn’t know why and just said Ok. I think I should write detail of this story cause this made me disappointed. I think the price even $22.95 is also affordable but the attitude and behavior of service...

First time here and if you can ignore the unfriendly service, it'll be ok. Their food quality is not bad and not expensive for what you get, but I'm not sure if I would agree on their height payment... we were told regardless of age, they have a firm policy that any kids under 48-inches has to pay kids price regardless, so that means your six year old will get dinged regardless if they eat a spoonful or one shrimp.

Once you get past that and order the food from their iPad, the food comes pretty quickly. The soup base was good but when we informed the waiter it was missing some components, they weren't happy. We weren't asking them to send it back, but the impression they gave us was it was our fault. The waiter's personality wasn't the friendliest but wasn't the most difficult to deal with; it was if you ask them for anything they would let out a deep sigh. Don't think they were being rude, but perhaps overworked and short handed.

Their sauce and spicy cucumber station is a design problem. There's one small area for this and people were queued up causing a jam not to mention it was a complete mess and some of they were out and people were just waiting there for it to be refilled.

Supposedly, this place and Fusion Delight share the same owner but the staff at Fusion Delight are more pleasant.

If Fusion Pot can get their staff personality and sauce station corrected, this place...

We had bad experience having lunch here on a Sunday. I and my wife went inside, there was only one table had been served with 2 adults and 2 children. After had us seated about 5 min they started take an order. We ordered pot that had half spicy and half non spicy, 1 disk of slice angus beef, 1 disk of slice lamb, 1 disk of shrim, 1 frisk of fish ball, 1 disk mushrooms, 1 disk of tofu, 1 portion cauliflower, 1 watercress and 1 rice noodle. All ingredients were acceptable of freshness. The taste of both the broths were OK same like other hot pot restaurants, of course broth contented lot of MSG but it's OK with us. Here was the bad. We were having lunch, almost cleaned out foods on the table but still then a waiter brought out the tab and placed it on our table. About 5-10 minutes later that waiter came again, open the tab and asked, are you done? I looked up at him then looked down the table which some foods still on the table, I didn't say a word and continuing my lunch. After I signed the tab, that waiter took the tab with him went back to his counter then the light at our table was turned off......I and my wife speechless..... Another, they automatically charged us the tip, 15%. I called the waiter and asked, he said: it's the service charge. There will not a second time for us to go to here and anyone I know...
