We have some great comic book stores in the East Bay but this little gem is my favorite! What makes this unassuming shop rise above the rest? Selection - It is a good place to find a variety of titles from a diverse lineup of publishers. Yes, Marvel and DC are here, but so too are Dynamite and Ablaze. Customer Service - The staff are friendly, helpful, and --even on busy days-- intent on giving customers a positive purchasing experience. Ambience - Okay, maybe that's a fancy word to use in reference to a comic book store, but the point is, this place emanates good vibes! There's typically good music coming from the speakers, the place is sensibly organized, and you gotta love that there is a life-size sculpture of Wonder Woman! It could have been a male comic book character, but they have a statue of a strong female character -- way to represent! Love my Local Comic Book Shop! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Theyve made and effort to get to know me and my likes and dislikes, so their recommendations are typically spot on. I've added a lot of books to my pull list based on them!

My favorite spot in the area to score my comics. They are super cool here, to the point they will hold titles for you so you don't miss out on what you wanted. Excellent atmosphere, lotsa books to sift thru. I had missed out on the sold out 2025 Star Wars first issue by 2 days, but they tracked one down for me, and texted me to come down. It was awesome... they even held issue 2 for me as well......
