Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Marcos

I Have had issues with this location in the recent past 09/2021. HOWEVER They have stepped it up to meet "ALL" My expectations. (I am one tough critic and this store will back me up on that statemnet). This store did a turn around like no other. Sorry this is lengthly but I want you to get the experiencee. In May 2020 I bought a pizza from this location and it wa SO GOOD!!!! I ordered a second one about 5 days later looking for the same out come and was majorly depressed. I called the store, they did what they do gave me all kinds of credit here and there but all I wanted was that same pizza i had gotten five days ago.. they couldn't prevail... ALTHPOUGH THEY TRIED VERY HARD!!!! it just wasn't the same. almost two years later, Today 01/17/2022 I decided to try again and YOU KNOW WHAT? The food was phenomenal.. EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED... But honestly and more importantly, the level of CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED Couldn't make a bad piizza. I had Alexia as my delivery driver, and what a charm she was... You want god, NO GREAT PIZZA and the best Customer Service in the world that I have experrienced..... Call Domino's in San Marcos.. The funny thing is.... I don't believe the manager cares for me, at all!! But I don't blame him, I was hard on them. BUT HE HAS TURNED THAT PLACE AROUND WITH GREATT FOOD AND EVEN...

Ok so I ordered a ultimate pepperoni pizza extra everything but I get it home and it was missing all the extra cheese, sauce and so on. I called Domino's to inform them of it. They were quick to say we can remake it. I said great anything u need me to do. They said now then call ended. I get to the store their making it I get questioned did u bring the pizza back or take pics of it like I'm getting questioned after being told nothing on doing so on the call. Like instead of eating my pizza I really wanted to leave to go get the actual pizza I ordered. Come on man! What happened to customers are always right. I said I can bring it in if they needed it. He says no it's ok. So since he wanted a pic I'll post it on this as well so he gets the pic. This was a bad experience and this should of never happened. Let's do better on customer service and make sure the pizzas are made properly going forward. 2 stars since they did a remake!...

I ordered online for carry out. When I arrived at the store to pick my order up, I was told that my order was cancelled due to there being no carry out orders after ten pm. Wanting to speak to a mangerI called the number listed I was told that I would have to pay the delivery fee. I didn’t even ask about the delivery fee. So I told the person on the phone that I was here in front of the store. He advised me that I would have to re enter my entire order and he would be able to hand it to me. The memo regarding “COMMON SENSE PREVAILS” was clearly lost in the Mail room. So I’m standing out front of dominoes in the rain in the coldest temperatures so cal has ever seen waiting for my “delivery order” which is in fact a carry out order due to me “carrying the order out on my own”. No delivery drivers were harmed or used in the making of this show. The title would have...
