I've been going there for about 4 years now and I love the place. The environment and the people are upbeat and always chill. Good reggie always playing, and Jay, Woo, and Pete are always there to hang out with. It's the only place where when I was done having my sushi I went bowling with the sushi chef, where else can you find that? It's like a family there and when you come you welcomed in. I love the place so much it's the last meal I have before going to Iraq, and that's been twice so far. It's the first place I stop every time I get back from Iraq. I make it a habit to go at least twice a month. I suggest getting sitting at the bar so you can chat with Jay, Woo or Pete. They will always be nice and talk to you and are happy to answer any questions you have on the sushi that is being made. I would call or arrive early on Friday and Saturday so that way you can get a seat, it's a smaller place and so it gets packed quickly. If you're waiting to get in do what me and my friends do and get a hacky sack circle going (if ya see it happening it's probably me). If you're into getting your drink on they have a selection of beer and saki, and we always do saki bombs every time I go there so ask about them. The prices are average, not insanely high like some places I've been to, I always go with the all you can eat and then get whatever else on the side and usually end up spending about $30 - $35 on myself. I highly suggest having the dragon roll, crunch roll, rainbow roll, and caterpillar roll. The sashimi has always been good, I love the salmon and tuna. I recommend huku to anyone, I've taken plenty of my friends (also marines) who have never had sushi and they love it. I can't wait until I get back from this deployment to go there again it's that good. Several of my friends, one from jersey and the other from vegas and they both said it was the best sushi they've ever had, and there freakn' sushi connoisseurs. To wrap it up the place is freakn' awesome, great food, good environment, awesome chefs and...
Read moreActually was a quick and friendly one. AMAZING SUSHI. We were looking for a quick lunch we were tight on time to pick up the kids. But decided to sit and eat instead. Great decision. This place is really great. Portions were great. Beautiful plate ups. First plate that came out was the Albacore festival. The quality was perfect, only thing I would change would be the plate up for this one. Maybe a wood board of everything or even separating the roll from the sashimi to have those on their own plates. Each one was amazing. Everything else was the same. Only place that actually cut the muscle for baked muscles, really smart, they really are 2 biters with all the extra stuff. The oyster shots, mmmm, oysters were really good but my wife prefers them plain and condiments on the side. I asked for the names of the Chefs, Lyn and Jay. Found out Jay was the owner. Nice to see him in action. Great establishment. We...

My wife is a big fan of good "non-raw" Sushi, We came for our date lunch and very impressed. She found lot of option to satisfy her appetite.
Let me start with Sushi table and over-all service, very friendly. When you ask for advice, they explain in detail.
We ordered Shrimp Tempura - perfectly battered and cooked. Stuffed Jalapeno - Yummm, each slice had a whole Jalapeno stuffed with flavor. California Roll - At its best.
Beer- Something always special about Japanese beer for their crispiness. We had both Sapporo and Orion. Even though Sapporo Beer is one of the oldest and famous beers of Japan and is brewed in Sapporo from 1877, we tried Orion. Orion was amazin, this beer is made in Okinawa Island, Japan. It has a light crisp taste that goes with any type of food. The foam is velvety and enhances the texture...
