Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in San Marcos

The idea of being there was a total blast ! My Grandkids had a blast ! In my mind I was doing all kinds of flips , jumps & twirls !!! Lol !!! I dared myself to jump into what my grandkids called the Mossshhh Pit ... Wow !!! Its a Mission to actually jump in a big super fun Trampoline jumper filled with Starofoam square blocks ... small rather than large ... To prevent anyone getting hurt !!! Soo I jump in not realizing it would be a Mission in a half for me too get out ... since once in instead of being able to just stand up & jump out like all the young kids make it seem !!! Lol !!! Yea I remember them days !!! Lol !!! It took me a minute to realize I had to Strategize myself a plan to successfully get myself out !!! Because I had never jumped into a or even visited any Trampoline Jumping area ... not in this lifetime anyways that I can remember ! But I wanted to try it out !!! And YAY !!! I actually did say ok then " Cry 2 Tears In A Bucket " maybe later ! And jump jumped in or something ! It was a Blast for those 5 mins of feeling that Wow Rush !!! Lol !!! Then I probably spend another 45 mins to an hour trying to get out !!! Lol !!! Yea I was that girl whom wanted to just jump out like everyone else but at the same time I knew Game Over Once I Get Out cause Heck I really doubt I'd ever be that brave again to jump in or say I wanna jump !!! Lol !!! I was asked if I needed help out and I bravely said No Thank You !!! I got myself in !!! So I'll get myself out !!! And I did !!! Not in such a great big hurry !!! Cause It was fun & imagine my 1st time there not realizing ok then there is no study ground to actually step on so I lost my balance a few fun times but then I realised I best get out and go see what other Fun Crazy Adventure I Could Find !!! And that I did !!! Lol !!! So my grandsons are sitting playing race car video games & I'm all like Wow I wanna race lend me some tokens !!! They're all like Grama !!! We don't have any .... I'm all like ... what ??? How are you two playing on the race car sound & moving effects & all Gameers !!! They're part of your paid entrance fee !!! DUH !!! GRAMA !!! YEA !!! DUH !!! IT WAS MY 1ST TIME THERE !!! HELLO @!@ BUT HEY I HAD A BLAST FOR A MINUTE OR 2 !@! VERY MUCH OUT OF THE BOX KINDA DAY FOR ME YESTERDAY !!! BUT GREAT !!! AND MY GRANDKIDS HAD A BLAST SO THATS WHAT COUNTS THE MOST !!! 😁😁😁🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️🤾‍♀️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️🤼‍♂️🤾‍♀️🤾‍♂️🤼‍♀️ IT WAS FUN .... KIDS JUST LOVE IT THERE...

My husband fell through the corner of the trapoline from lack of proper care / not following saftey protocols it appeared. Spencer the general manager of the Carlsbad location stated the managers at the location were unable to give me an incident report for my husband falling through the trampoline area and hurting his ribs , leg and hip. There was verbal acknowledgment from manager ,  Jutnee Gregory  ,  after reviewing  the video footage and it being the fault of the facility and lack of saftey protocls. It was truly disturbing  the lack of qualified managers to know protocol for any incidents such as this one. Manager ,  Alyssa Lova, was very unprofessional and gave me attitude stating " we're here all day so if hes in as much pain as you state take him to er then come back ". All I was asking for is for an incident report to state that it was a fault of the facility that my husband got hurt so that if he has to miss work (he works in manuel labor) he would have documentation. The management at the San Marcos location is very unprofessional. I hope that you will take the correct manners of action and are able to give me the incident report within a timely manner.

Please let me know if / what actions will be taken and I will currently be in communication with my lawyer and the emergency room for documentation of where the incident took place.

Please be careful as if a child such as my 2 year old that was right in front of my husband could have had severe if not life altering injuries...

This is definitely the destination for an amazing birthday party for the kids. The entire experience was seamless and with minimal effort from beginning to end. They supply you with everything you need, keep contact with you up to the day, and make sure that the day goes perfectly and that the birthday child feels so special. They were able to accommodate all of our needs from food and all plates/napkins/etc, all the way to decorations and just overall experience to make this a day to remember. The event staff were very professional and welcoming with every member of our party, getting everyone checked in quickly to maximize their fun time. The courts had something for everyone and the kids bounce, literally and figuratively, from court to court. And, when they needed a breather, they had a decent amount of video games that were all included in the experience. When it came time to congregate, our host was able to get everyone into the room and handled the serving of everyone there, not just the kids, with a strong effort...and there was a decent amount of us. At no point did we feel rushed, or that things were out of hand. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The kids had a great time. The birthday kid loved every second. And the staff took care of us and made what could have been a stressful endeavor, into the perfect birthday experience. Thank you Sky Zone San Marcos... we...
