Mixed feelings here. Wasn't wild about the ordering first, then finding your table format for higher-end food fare. There were people waiting behind me in line and I would much prefer to have a table and sit and review a menu carefully. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant, and felt pressured to just choose something. Then to top it off, there's several reminders everywhere that the 18% tip is pretty much expected, and if you don't specifically ask for them to close out your order, they will put that 18% on automatically. I don't have ANY issue with tipping, but this is a fast food format, they bring your food, and expect tipping for the same service as a traditional sit down restaurant. I always cover servers tips very well, but this feels like an attempt to help keep cost down for owners covering paychecks like the rest of the food industry. Ok, but on to the food. I ordered mimosas. Word of warning here: they are microscopic. See picture (which actually makes it look bigger than it is). It was essentially a shot of mimosa. But very good. I also ordered the man bun (cinnamon roll). Good flavor, but it was dried out, and I would have preferred it to be more moist. My main meal was the breakfast brisket "Sammo" and it was really good. Egg with brisket and some sauce. Very good flavor. Note that you might want to ask for an over easy egg. Mine was sunny side up and still had a lot of that clear egg slime on the top. Some people like that, some don't. But overall I loved this sammich. My son ordered the burger, and really liked it as well. Menu doesn't mention any side items (pet peeve of mine) but both dishes came with a few tortilla chips and small amount of great salsa. I should mention that I didn't try the pancake dish, but that looked INSANELY good. Other little things: They cheaped out on the silverware, and that bothers me. Trying to use the razor-thin cheap fork with the dry cinnamon roll was actually a struggle. They didn't refill my drinks without asking every single time (further influencing my tip). Servers seemed to be there mostly just to bring out food, not be true servers. The sun was beating down on the patio, and I asked if the umbrellas could be opened. They said "No, they have to be cranked." Alright. So, good food! Nice atmosphere. Prices are just ok. Could have been a great experience. But it was just average because of a few easily mitigated issues.

I was really excited to eat here after eating here last summer and having a decent experience. We were in town for a retreat for my work. I was not feeling like a burger so I ordered the brussels sprouts appetizer figuring at nine dollars, It should be big enough and then I would get a macaroni and cheese as well, which was eight dollars. $18 for my appetizer portion things but I figured it would be OK. After 30 minutes they finally brought out just the brussels sprouts and I had to do a double take. The bowl looks like a tiny little side was maybe 3ā€ across. I ate them within a minute and was still starving and it definitely was not worth the nine dollar price tag. Another 15 to 20 my macaroni and cheese finally arrived. Undercooked, quite literally crunchy, but it was cold and again definitely not worth the eight dollar price tag. I would’ve been better off going to Hopdoddy, which I did the following night for the same price, I received a giant heaping fresh bowl of Brussel sprouts , which I couldn’t finish, for the same price. If you’re gonna be local and interesting, do better. I’m not sure if they’re very understaffed or what, but there were not a ton of people in the restaurant and they kind of forgot our entire group. My friend waited 45 minutes for a BLT. Our waters also tasted very off and the cups were all dirty.

The atmosphere: as the name implies, it has a very industrial vibe. Lots of concrete and metal, with a very high ceiling. This makes the place a bit loud. They have large glass garage doors that they open on temperate days. You order at the counter, they open a tab for you and give you a number for your table. If you know what drinks you want, you can order when you order your food. If you need to see what they have at the bar, you just walk on over there, give them your last name, and they’ll add it to your tab. If you want, you can just leave when you’re ready without closing out, and they’ll add 18% gratuity to your tab. The food: ginormous portions, fresh, and delivered to your table in a decent amount of time. I know the ā€˜Shroom wrap is supposed to be smoked mushrooms as described on the menu, but they go WAAYYY too smoky for my tastes. I only ate half of it and took the rest to go. I was still tasting the smoke the next day and couldn’t bring myself to eat the leftovers. Full bar, 10 beers on tap and even wine on tap. Nice covered patio and a ping pong table. USB and electrical chargers under the counter at the bar. Yes, the patio is dog friendly- I witnessed a dog fight here... yay. Keep your four-legged friends at home or at the dog park. I LOVE dogs, but they don’t need to go everywhere with you.

I'll admit it. I used to work here, and yeah I quit due to them not respecting my schedule. But having said that, it was years ago and I wanted to give the place another chance (also I know the owner is going to try to refute me by having some quick and rude response, which is typical of the management there) I brought my coworkers with me (they had a gift card). My friend ordered a rueben, the server took the order and didn't mention anything. I remembered they had a pretty good bacon jam on their burger...so me and several others in the group ordered the burgers. The server took the order, no problems. When we got our food, they informed us as they were delivering it that there was no bacon jam. We were a bit disappointed as I had sold them on that particular aspect of the burger. The server offered to bring us regular bacon, but didn't mention they were going to charge us for the extra bacon. Luckily it was taken off the ticket. My friend who ordered the rueben received a BLT. He informed the waiter that he did not order a BLT but a Rueben, she informed him that they were out of the rueben. She offered him the sandwich, and he obliged. Then things really went downhill. The manager came over and very aggressively accused him of ordering something he "didn't want". She then took the sandwich from him (to all of our astonishment) and offered no condolences or fix to the situation. Needless to say we are spreading the word. Its not the first time my friends have had a bad experience here, and having worked here- I knew how bad management was. The servers are literally scared to admit they made a mistake, especially with a frustrated manager who accuses her patrons of ordering things they don't want...imagine how she treats her servers. So yeah, I'm sure the owner will just say something like don't come back, or have some rude way of making this my fault (god forbid someone quits a job they weren't respected at)-so to the owner: don't worry, we ain't comin back and we are definitely...

The place is nice but not $8 a beer nice! I liked the place itself, nice tables and so was the outdoor seating. I met up with a group for birthday drinks. They ordered food, everyone liked their food. I Personally was disappointed With My Experience at the bar. We went to the bar to order beers. They were out of both the beers we wanted so we went with October Seasonal beer on tap. Our two beers cost $16, I was less than pleased for paying $8 a pint. When I asked the bartender about the beers being $16 she got nervous and just repeated the price and ducked her head. I paid for them since they had been poured already. I fault myself for not asking how much the beer cost before decided on it. I do not really see myself going back and didnt order food because i was afraid i would be chardged double for my food as well. I won't be recommending Industry to anyone. Update 11/3/19 I got a response to my review 6 days ago. I dropped my rating from 2stars to 1star (because you can't pick zero). I should not have defend my experience. I do apologize if my snarky comment at the end upset you. I was worried I might get overcharged again if I made another purchase. Your response validates that i was over charged, since you kindly listed your beer prices and agreed you ran out of serval beers. *It would have been easier for the bartender to admit she overcharged me. I Was in fact overcharged by an overwhelmed bartender who chose to go a head and over charged me even after I challenged her about the $18 - instead of admitting she rang up the beers wrong and correcting her mistake herself. She should have fixed the mistake on the spot. I was not rude to her about it or throw a fit. I simply inquired if my tab was really $18 for two beers, she said yes $18, and i even tipped her .. maybe I'm being passive aggressive about what occured. I'm just sore I paid so much. If the response isn't showing below my review I can send a screen shot of it, to anyone interested. Have...
