Talk about customer service! We had adopted a shelter baby on a Saturday who was in desperate need of a grooming. I don't believe she'd ever had one. She had bits of debris and filth we couldn't remove from a normal bathing. I saw that RoP was open ON A SUNDAY and decided to reach out very late in the evening via the text option. I thought that due to the late hour, I wouldn't hear back until the following morning. Instead, my text was answered almost immediately. The owner, Ashley, was very considerate of our situation and was able to fit us in the following day. My husband took our sweet, scared little pup to her appointment and was greeted by Ashley and her staff. Even though my pup was very scared and peed on herself 2x, they kindly gave her a rewash and were patient with a gentle demeanor throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to take her back. I brought my baby here after a traumatic groom at a different local groomer. He would not allow anyone to groom him after that experience. His vets office couldn't get his nails clipped (even with him being on medication to help him with his anxiety). Because of his fear and anxiety his hair was way too long and matted in spots when we brought him in the first time.

Realm of Pawsibilities has been absolutely amazing with him. They have been so gentle and kind. After several sessions he no longer fears being groomed. He still doesn't love getting his nails done but they are so patient with him. I can not recommend them enough, especially if you have a pup with anxiety...

This place is awesome, sorry, Pawsome! First of all obviously the grooming is great, we went in for a walk in nail trim on a Saturday morning and got in with a short wait maybe a couple minutes. The plants all over the place start the vibe, if you call you'll get a friendly helpful person on the other end. Easy form to fill out if you're a first timer. They texted it to us! Right, 2025, and they're here for it. When you walk inside you'll see beautiful crystals of all kinds, jade, quartz, fluorite, how dare they have so many beautiful things. The staff is so nice and helpful. A completely different feel than the cold corporate feel of a big chain....
