Waited an HOUR in the drive thru. A 15-30 minutes wait, fine whatever. AN HOUR? Unacceptable. When I worked for Taco Bell we were scolded for anything over a 4 minute ticket for the drive thru. I even had a mobile order, with 3 tacos and a quesadilla, I feel bad for the 15 cars who were behind me, as their wait will likely be worse. Whoever was managing this shift did not prepare properly for a Saturday night. The team should have also utilized both lines to combat the drive thru AND walk in orders.. with 5 employees, and 2 stocked lines,. This is possible.. The manager also NEDDS to make sure her crew is wearing their hairnets appropriately at all time. I should not see hair loose and swinging around the line. You already know your customers are going to be upset over an hour wait; it is crucial you do not give us another reason to feel uncomfortable or unappreciated as customers. I have additional comments I will be sharing with corporate when I call in the morning. I am so shocked. The only compliment I will give the staff is that they communicated to make sure my order was correct AND the girl working the drive threw was filling drinks when cars pulled up rather than making them and letting them sit. However in her spare time, she could have been used to help expedite, over restocking a line that saw a car maybe...
Read moreAt 11:00pm on Tuesday 8/22/2017 my fiancé and I went to the drive thru to get a simple, small order of two soft supremes. Funny thing though, there were two people inside with headsets on, yet no one acknowledged us as we waited ten minutes. We also drove slowly in reverse and then forward to activate the "bing" sound just in case they didn't hear the first time. After STILL not being acknowledged, we drove past the windows to check the hours...which like on here said open until 12:00am. While I know it's a pain in the ass sometimes to serve drive thru customers late at night (I was a shift lead for two years) it's completely against policy to IGNORE customers. I will be sending in a complaint to corporate, not because I'm THAT upset about not getting my less-than mediocre fast food tacos, but because of my experience and the standard I hold for customer service. I personally never and would never ignore a paying customer. I always served right up to the last minute (and I still do at my current driv-thru job) Shame on the employees that were there...
Read moreService was slow and every time I've tried to give it another try I'm always disappointed... portions are small for what you pay for. Seems like their corporate office is trying to save a few pennies by putting maybe 2 tablespoons of beef in their burritos with cheese and then charge you 3.60 and feel its worth it. I however want to be satisfied when i pay for something. It was basically a tortilla i paid for. Therefore i took it back, got a refund and drove to del taco where they haven't changed much for portions. And the moreno valley taco bell wasn't busy and when you tell them there's not not TP in the womans restroom you'd think they'd get some in there To be honest. Taco bel has gone down hill throughout the years this was my last shot with them. Overpriced for small portions. đ bring back the taco bell from 25-30 years ago... bring back the CEO and his/her staff from back then because that group knew what...
