Vivi Bubble Tea — Restaurant in San Marcos

Today was my first time visiting this place and my LAST time !!! I usually don’t write reviews but I think people should be advised that if you order an drink and it doesn’t taste good or doesn’t sit well with your stomach. They will NOT change your drink. I ordered two drinks one for me and one for my friend - the Taro Creme Bruele and she didn’t like it. So I went back to ask IF we can get another drink instead. The owner - lady with reddish hair yelled at me and rudely asked why and I explained. She gave me an attitude about it and said what I picked out was my choice !! I said it’s okay I was just asking , not a problem other places like ShareTea in Escondido accommodate for you. She was so angry it honestly shocked me how she reacted. As she continued to yell at me in front of other customers, and pointing to her cameras. I placed the drink on the counter and she was trying to get my new order for my friend and while she’s taking my order she her eyes had this evil look on her face and kept rolling her eyes and speaking to me in a demeaning way. I said “you know what never mind” and told her “ this is NOT the way you treat customers or do business”. I said “ God bless you” and I walked out. My friend who was in the car and heard the yelling from the owner had no clue i was being treated that way. All I wanted was to see if they offered the option for accommodations and was willing to walk away if it wasn’t possible. This is the last penny they’ll get from me Period. This defiant behavior is not ACCEPTABLE. Go to ShareTea in Escondido instead!! They have outstanding customer service and drinks. They don’t treat customers like this !!

Came here for the first time today and I like that this is so close to where I live in Escondido. The service was good. It didn't take too long to make my three drinks after serving the four drinks ahead of me. I like when they gave me my drinks, they made sure I know to shake the Blue Galaxy to prevent drinking each layer individually. I like the 3Q Milk Tea. Perfect flavor and not too sweet even at regular sugar level. The Blue Galaxy was refreshing. A perfect summertime drink. My mom liked her Taro Slush.

The location has a lot of parking. I'm afraid it's location might cause it to be missed but, if you like "bubble tea" and are in Escondido, I highly recommend coming here.

Good service. Good drinks. Good parking.

Pricing is about comparable to other boba places and worth it.

Accessibility: there are two disabled parking spots in front of the restaurant a few doors down and the ramp to get onto the sidewalk is there too. The doors to enter this building are two, very wide, pull doors. Inside it is well lit, but the parking lot is dark at night with really no lights. There are wheelchair accessible tables inside with moveable chairs, but no seating outside.

Experience: it's super cute inside, the employees are really nice and helpful in explaining what's inside of different drinks, and they made my drinks quickly. The drinks are smaller in size than a few other boba places I have been to and they were a little bit more expensive (by one dollar).
