My wife and I have been eating here for a little over a year now. The food is great, even though certain sides are served in unusually small portions and smeared in with the rest of the sides at times. For example, for some reason, they're INCREDIBLY stingy with refried beans.
Unfortunately, the staff overall is rather unfriendy here, especially the older woman that I'm assuming runs the restaurant. I've had quite a few uncomfortable interactions with her and a couple of other staff members where they didn't hear part of my order, but insist that they did. Yesterday, she seemed to be in a rush to finish our order at the register so she could continue a conversation with a visitor at the side counter. We're always having to make sure they got it right. It's always extremely noisy, with either a TV blaring in the background or loud conversation amongst the cooks or staff. If things like this don't bother you, then by all means, check it out. As for myself, I can find a similar restaurant that has a more welcoming and friendly staff that serves the same...

Had a super burrito, half carne asada, half al pastor. It was quite yummy. Good chips and salsa, and actually one of the more spicy salsas I have had in awhile. Veggies (radishes) are pickled, interesting! Great tastes and plenty of it. Not bland at all.
Service was super friendly, everyone was so nice I felt right at home just like you would in an authentic Mexican restaurant. Make me have such a smile, I love it. I shall return.
Tables and everything around was tidy and clean, you can tell they really care about the place. Service was fast. Unlike other places where they have stuff sitting out all day, things were prepared fresh on the spot, great!
I dunno about some of the earlier anonymous bad reviews here but that must have been different owners, it's good stuff...
Read moreGood atmosphere, food was okay (carnitas burrito), and service was bottom tier. Alot of this comes from lack of understanding English or the lack of care to try to understand what I'm asking for. Guy at front didn't seem to want to help me understand the size of burrito they had available. I asked if the carnitas was refried on the grill and he said yes (it wasn't. It was soggy). Finally I asked for queso fresco and he told me it was going to be 1.3 extra. The super burrito is 1 dollar more, why would they charge more than the super upgrade for just cheese. Any ways they gave me some chips, appreciated but not fresh. Sals was roasted green, looked pretty good but ended up tasting fermented. I'll go to the taco stand down the street instead. I learned my lesson going to a random...
