This morning, I bought some cheese. About 15 minutes later, I realized I got the wrong kind and went back to exchange it. I think it was the accountant — bald, not the one with glasses. He said the cheese had been opened. I told him I hadn’t opened it and that I had just bought it 10 minutes ago. He took it back with an irritated attitude, and I exchanged it for a different cheese. When I got home, the new cheese was spoiled — it tasted bitter and had a disgusting smell. I returned it again. I will never go back there, not even for water. I don’t recommend this...

Good place to buy Halal meat and Arab groceries close to San Mateo, Belmont, San Carlos, and Redwood City area. Lots of delicious mezze options (be careful it can very expensive very fast because you want everything haha). baklava is fresh. they also, apparently, make their own Turkish delight but be careful and don’t buy the dark one with pistachios because it has chocolate inside and this unpleasant surprise has never happened to me before, however the Rose Turkish delight is good and it’s all delight inside, out,...

I am not impressed with the customer service and specifically the owner who apparently doesn’t care about the customers. I’ve tried to reach out to him about an incident at the store, and left my business card. Never gotten a call back. I would have say his employees are way nicer. The products are good quality but customer service nonexistent! I think is too shortsighted as he will lose customers one by one. I used to drive all the way from San Francisco but got turned off. Now I go to another store...
