Subway — Restaurant in San Pablo

I went sometime this week around 3:50pm March 3rd. There were 3 workers , one was learning so I understand but I asked for my bread to be toasted & the shortest girl acted as if she didn’t hear me , she also gave me the wrong bread & when I asked about it she ignored , another customer mentioned it to her that she wasn’t paying attention to me & she got mad about it , she starting speaking Spanish as if I did not understand , i asked for avocado & her co worker said if she’s supposed to give me half the avocado & she said yes , she did not give me half the avocado , she only cut a few squares & just put it in the sand which , my friend asked for mayo & she gave her bearly any , she asked for some more please & she rolled her eyes , when I was paying she short girl was yelling at one of her coworkers to get to work she doesn’t have all day & she’s ready to go , she threw the change on the table & didn’t apologize for it , it could’ve been an accident but I feel like it’s something you apologize for , they did not know how to talk to customers , one one the young girls said “ are you picking up “ to someone else in a very rude tone , , I feel like you don’t treat people like that especially customers ,for everything that you ask for they just sigh & roll their eyes & act as if you don’t hear them , overall very bad...

It’s crazy how you can’t customize or add what you want on your sandwich now. The manager looked mad when I asked to replace ham with roast beef and I explained I can pay extra and the three ladies working were talking in Spanish little did they know I can speak very good Spanish and understand it my son is half Latino so I learn just for him as well I heard them called me a white girl chino like really? Trynna call me a Karen because all I want is just to replace ham with roast beef and I’ll pay the extra if I have too . right before I left I told them In Spanish don’t think people can’t understand you. The elderly lady with the attitude telling me to speak more Spanish than English was very uncomfortable. Imagine if I went to her home country and said you need to speak more English I hate this place it’s changed and I used to come her...

I go there sometime to get my lunch to go. Most of the during lunch hours, either they are refilling or one of the staff taking break. Today, at around 1210 PM, the manager was refilling the chips with huge box on chips selves blocking all the options. The young lady took my order and made the sandwich. The cashier was counting dimes so I waited. As soon as she was done counting dimes, she took out all the pennies from register, and started counting. I asked if she could get me going, she said something in spanish and started counting pennies. I told the manager to ring , she went and join with penny counting lady and started looking at the cash register monitor and talking ........that's it.....I left without...
