The Red Boy in San Rafael doesn't deliver to Sausalito. The no longer Round Table pizza in Mill Valley wouldn't deliver to Sausalito either, and my place was one freeway exit away from the Round Table so idk what's up with that. So I couldn't hold it against Red Boy pizza about not delivering , that said my best friend and I drove up to the Red Boy to pick up our pizzas. In the past I think the restaurant was take out or delivery only but when we went to pick up our pizzas the place was bigger now and has a small dinning area so that's cool , the other Red Boy locations ( in Novato and Petaluma) are much bigger sit down locations, the one in Petaluma is brand new and feels higher end. Thankfully our pizzas were just as awesome as the last time that I ate at the Petaluma restaurant. I got a half Hawaiian half salami black olive and pineapple , and it was amazing! The 2 guys that were working at the San Rafael location the night we picked up our pizzas were great, both very helpful the one loading us up with paper plates, ranch dressing, parmesan cheese packets, and especially napkins - the type of customer service that is sadly lacking in most places now days. Hats off to Red Boy in San Rafael, keep up the great work and amazing pizzas I will be back, well worth the drive up...
Read moreI don't normally leave a review and I would have given this place zero stars, but I was very disappointed with the service at Red Boy on 4th St. I ordered a pizza on 6/17/2023 and it was never delivered. I physically went to the place the next day to pick up my pizza after I was told the owner would get back with me. I was still charged a delivery fee and other fees. It was an inconvenience for me to have to reach out to them. I am very disappointed with the owner, Luciano and his service. I have yet to hear from him and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this pizza place. Poor service is not good for business! RR...
Read moreThis place was excellent! A little hole in the wall right off of the 101. Me and my husband were driving home late from SF and wanted to grab a bite to eat on the way home. This place is open until 130 in the morning, so makes a great late night option. The crust is made of sourdough and is the perfect amount of crispy and chewy. The sauce was tangy and rich and the toppings tasted fresh. Overall 10/10. The atmosphere wasn't anything to write home about but the food and the guy making the pizzas were excellent and made the hole in the wall vibe. Will go again the next time I'm driving out of the city...
