Zero Stars: The very worst pizza/pizza delivery experience ever. Round Table 4th st. San Rafael. Ordered at 4:02 PM and received an email saying delivery would be made at 5:02:14. Lol yea ah No. had to call at 5:19 to find out where the pizza was. Told 5 - 10 Min.
Well very much like the really bad Digiorno commercial where the drivers getting airborne and the pizza flying all over the interior of the car. Well it’s a thing and that was precisely what happened. The really young driver didn’t have a heat bag to keep the pizza hot, not that it mattered. No peppers or cheese. Got the pizza into the kitchen and boom. The Large Pizza was completely smashed into the corner of the box and destroyed.
The Manager Dennis offered to redeliver the order. That was rather comical considering the first attempt. Requested a refund and that to has not happened.
Warning: If you want pizza and delivery go to any Pizza joint as long as it isn’t Round Table, 4th St. San Rafael.
However the night was not a total loss. Dominos on Woodland in San Rafael, had a pizza at the house 20 min later, in a heat bag, with all cheese and peppers. Wow plates and utensils didn’t ask but nice touch. Piping hot Pizza, had to wait for it to cool down. In perfect shape. Ty DOMINOS
Well update time. Dennis stated it would take 5 to 7 days for a refund. The 4 th of May to current. Still no refund on this awful experience.
I thank the stores owner for the insincere very weak effort at figuring this out with there Manager Dennis and simply refund it as promised. Will keep everyone updated. I hope this will put a little pause before you click order...
Read moreMy family and I love pizza, so each time we travel we get pizza for at least one meal. I've been to pizza in every corner of the US, Chicago, matty matheson's pizza joint, Tommaso's, momofuku(canada). My wife loves breadsticks, so the roundtable chain is always a solid bet (they have good breadsticks consistently) I don't ushually write reviews but I had to today. We got our food, the pizza was great and these are the best breadsticks we have ever had, seriously. The owner was working and we got to speak to him, he's a great guy (Nick).
Well my wife went to check out the local parks with the kids durring my appointment and she told me while we were eating that she heard a noise.. long story short, we had a problem that we needed to address or we would end up broken down. The owner Nick came out in the rain with me, gave me some zipties/materials and came up with a way to mitigate the impending disaster.
We were far from home and he made sure my family could make it back without my wife being stuck on the side of the road out of kindness, he was genuine.
Out of every pizza place we have gone to this will always be my favorite because the food is honestly top notch and the owner is amazing. We will always stop by when we are down this way and I'd be happy to go out of our way to order tons of the...
Read moreToday, November 22, I had the worst customer service I have ever received, two young people on night shift served us in a very rude and disrespectful manner, they left us waiting for a long time while we asked for our order, I don't know the names of both , but physically speaking, one was tall and thick, and the other was short and thin with long hair, both were with their cell phones, and when we realized that the person who is short and thin did not take our order, we did not direct them to his partner and he himself rudely told us that his partner would attend to us, we went to his partner again and when we were ordering he kept telling us a moment when he was only looking at his cell phone, and I don't know what he was doing on the computer, also he The wardrobe she had was very inappropriate for work and so was her hairstyle and we saw how she suddenly touched her hair, it was a very bad experience, I hope you take it into account...
When working in customer service I think that they should be more friendly and have a good presentation in their clothing and especially the workers' hair, I think that when handling food they should be more hygienic, and wear a cap or hair tie, very bad...
