Everything that i have consumed by UR has been really good. So that would be cookies, matcha and fruit bars, brownies. Have not tried the salads yet as i usually go to chpd or sweat green and prefer blue cheese dressing which prob does not jibe with their mission. There is a lot of innovation going on which i find to be very exciting and for me they are providing alternatives to baked goods. Their approach and products really make one wonder if let's say an almond croissant (one of my all time fav baked goods) is even necessary eat any more. I would like to see a 3 pack of those instead for let's say $8 (if possible). Not sure how far they can go in terms of a customer base. One possibility would be to contact with schools. If they could mass produce those cookies it would be good for them and great for the kids who need healthier...
