Cute hole-in-the-wall with excellent service. I can't really recommend the food, though. The teriyaki chicken was super dry, which had us baffled. How do you make teriyaki chicken dry? I then insisted on eating in and the woman in charge agreed. I think had she been around, I would been welcomed to eat in. If your customers are allowed to order close to closing, then they should be allowed to dine-in, no questions asked. Pot stickers were good, but...

I remember going to this place many years ago and thought of it again today when I was passing by. Great, simple, well balanced sandwiches. I recommend toasting your bread if you don’t like hot sandwiches but want a soft yummy bread. The staff who own the place are so nice and accommodating. Plenty of snacks to go with your sandwich.
