Arby's — Restaurant in Sand Springs

Beware ! I was traveling through Oklahoma for my daughter’s soccer game and stopped here for lunch. The lady at the drive through was nice and friendly. She mentioned that the card reader was taking a long time that day. Well as we left Oklahoma and proceeded back to Texas, I was charged multiple times at different amounts to my card for Arbys. I called to inform the manager , Dallas smith, of the issue , he tried to protect the employees and say it was a corporate issue with the card reader. Ok that’s obviously not the case. Be very aware. Do not use your debit or credit cards at this location. The store managers will try to defend...

So. I love Arby's. I particularly enjoy their gyros, but this particular day I chose their new smoked pork sandwich. Folks...delicious thick sliced (real!) pork.

Took one bite and deliciousness. Then I took another and my taste buds were assaulted with something MOST foul.

Mayonnaise. On a BBQ sandwich. With BBQ sauce. Now, I don't know who puts mayo on a delicious sandwich like this, but they ruined it. Tried to wipe it off with napkins. Ruined.

They might sell this hot mess in New Jersey, but no one around these parts is going to order it unless sans mayo.

They get five stars anyway. I'll just get the next one like normal...

We live 20 minutes away, so my husband drove over to get sandwiches. When he got home and we opened one of them up, it had a black curly hair in it. We called them, and while talking to the lady on the phone, another worker was LOUDLY mouthing in the back ground. We couldn’t even hear the lady on the phone, because the girl in the background would not shut her mouth! They offered to remake the order, but that would mean we would have to drive another 20 minutes both ways, and who knows what they would do to our food! No thank you!
