Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Sand Springs

I (used ro) love Scholtzky's. I was excited when they came to Sand Springs. What a waste of a good piece of land. I have tried them 3 times over the last several months, only to drive away empty handed, frustrated and disappointed. I even deleted the APP from my after the 2nd episode. I'm sure it's typically better, but everytime I have tried to order I get a fast talking, would care less attitude. No hello or welcome to Schlotzkys, talking so fast I think they are speaking another language, then they get short with you you say, "sorry, I didnt understand that". Every time I was the only car in drive thru, so need to be in a hurry, in fact that's an opportunity to relate to your customer and delvope rapport or future customers. I am treated as I'm an annoyance for pulling in. After being rushed through the order, I said I I would like to tell you about my sandwich and you didn't ask which bread I wanted. He paused, and then as if pain,said" hang on, I have to start all over again". We'll thats not my fault, if he would follow the training I'm sure Schlotzkys provided, he we greet his customer, ask questions friendly and invitingly, and be grateful at least 1 car was there to keep his undeserved paycheck coming. This is the 3rd and last time I give them a chance. I'm very thankful Arby's is just down the street and...

I am definitely not a huge fan of this restaurant at all, I came here tonight to get an order for my son and literally waited in line for about 15 minutes. I asked the cashier what happened and why it took so long and he said the person in front of us ordered about $100 worth of food and I get that but at the same time I really wish they would have asked the person in front of us to move up and park so that we could get our food because as soon as we made it to the window my sons food was ready to go so that means it had been sitting there getting cold while we sat in line so that was really frustrating and I just feel like there’s some things that they need to switch up when it comes to dealing with people...

I go to this place frequently and anytime I go there is usually always one of the same managers working. he always brings a smile to my face!

Scott is the manager of the topic here today. not only dose he care for his customers but he will have his staff smiling and working hard but they will all wear a smile. Anytime they ask him anything he's super polite and will help them when needed.

I really hope they look at these reviews this man deserves his own store. I feel that if he is to get one then they wont have to worry about complaints or trying to bring in more business.
