I’m so bothered by the experience I just had here. I come to this Starbucks literally almost daily. I am going out to run errands, decide I wanted my iced coffee. Pull up the app, says 3-6 mins on the pickup time. Place my order at 3:37, arrive to the location at approximately 3:41. Give the girl my name 3 times before she understands me correctly (normal, except for the few who know me by name at this point). I get to the window and this chick tells me “it usually takes 5-7 mins for us to complete an order, so in the future give us more time.” Ma’am…. 😂 at this point, it’s 3:43 and I placed my order 6 minutes ago…. Not to mention your app said 3-6 mins, and also- I’m not an idiot, I’ve placed my order many times too “late” and arrived immediately after and understand that if they just got it, it’s not going to be ready. They weren’t busy at all, so I don’t know what her problem was. I also have placed my order there and arrived to find they are slammed and it takes 20 minutes. I think to be so petty over nothing, is really distasteful. I’m not confident I’ll be coming back. I may just take my business to Dutch Brothers who always treat you kindly regardless of how...
Read moreThis place use to be my almost everyday morning coffee stop until I found out I have a heart condition, often I wouldn’t have any issues with my coffee but as I ordered one day after waiting 30mins in line, yes 30 mins to get to the speaker with a total of 5 people in line. I briefly explained to the man taking my order that I was allowed a very small amount of caffeine due to my condition. He then told me that he couldn’t do any decaf because it doesn’t really sell anymore so they don’t make it but he could do a Americana drink that has less caffeine in it, i said sure ! As long as it’s minimal and tastes good. After I leave I take a few small sips (maybe 3) and I start to feel my heart palpitations begin, I looked up how much caffeine it has and the drink he suggested/ gave me had around 200mg of caffeine! I am just astonished of how careless someone can be about another’s well being. Just tell me you don’t have anything suitable for me and I will go somewhere else! Coffee isn’t worth having a heart attack due to an employees lack of knowledge/judgement of products. Haven’t been to a...
Read moreI made a pit stop at Starbucks, eager for a large cup of black coffee to kickstart my day. The moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm smile that instantly made me feel welcome.
I also picked up a refreshing strawberry acai lemonade for the kids. The barista’s exceptional service made the ordering process a breeze, and it was clear they take pride in what they do.
Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the server offered me a raccoon cake pop. Intrigued, I accepted, and let me tell you, it was a delightful surprise! The kids adored it, their faces lighting up as they enjoyed this whimsical treat.
With my robust coffee in one hand and glowing kids in the other, I walked out feeling satisfied. If you’re looking for a moment of joy amidst the hustle of life, swing by Starbucks. You’ll find not just great drinks, but a warm sense of community that leaves you smiling.
Highly...
