Wasn't completely happy with this place, but not being from this area and doing laundry a couple blocks away, I didn't want to venture far to get pizza or something resembling pizza.
There was a drive-thru so I pulled up. Apparently, it is not a drive thru but a pickup window for online orders. Okayyyyyy. Let me clarify I came through right when they opened. There was NO ONE in the drive thru or in the store itself- no one regarding customers. So the employee, Tiffany, explained she cannot take my order and fulfil it at the window. So, I went inside but before I pulled away from the window, I let her know what I would be ordering thinking ok she will start the order and I will come in, pay, and have a shorter wait. I entered the store and she genuinely acted like this was her first time interacting with me. I was like "Huh." So my order had not been started, I repeated the order, and sat there and waited. For the cheese sticks I ordered, I received THE smallest cup of marinara sauce (after asking for extra sauce), and no napkins, utensils, nothing. There were also no napkins or utensils in site for me to self serve/grab myself. I was frustrated to say the least. I just left.
The only saving grace for this place was that the store was very very clean.

After an HOUR of waiting, he called customer service who said that the order would be out next and once it is there to call back and they would discount his order. THIRTY MINUTES later, a young delivery man knocked on our door. He explained that it is the opening of the college season(or whatever). The delivery man apologized for the trouble and left. My father called the customer service department, as directed, to be told he was suppose to keep the delivery man there to speak with them on the phone(at no point during the first call did anyone state this). He was also told by a supervisor that they could only discount FIVE DOLLARS off his $35 order. The supervisor told him that she would transfer him to the store, who already told him that they could not discount his order. On to of that, my dad's meal was cold. Read moreThe food was cooked perfectly and in a timely manor. I generally get great pizza and food from the Sand Springs location. This time was extra special. I do not know what her name was, however, the woman that helped me at the window was amazing. I had a rough day with a dear friend recovering from a fatal car accident leaving two of his friends dead. She noticed that I was upset and took the time to ask if I was alright. She listened to me as I tried not to cry, telling her the story of what happened. My food wasn't quite done, as I didn't think they had enough time to finish it yet anyway. She let me know and I decided to pull into a parking spot in front of the store and wait. Shortly after, she comes out with my food. She told me that she would keep me and my friend in her thoughts.
