After writing this Chick fil a about their faltering service and food quality, a person from the restaurant called me. He explained the poor service by "their procedures" are so they can help their OTHER customers first. Two issues I wrote about. First the simple one, the Waffle Fries they are known for ,have turned into wet mush. At 11 AM , lunch should be hot and fresh. The last several visits , and I wrote before about this, the Waffle Fries have absolutely no firmness, they are limp and mushy ! Undercooked ! Next the big one. This location drive through was modified a few months back to have TWO lanes all the way from ordering to the pickup window in the drive through. As I order on the App. and they instantly take your money before you leave the house, your food should be ready when you get there, or soon after. At 11 AM when I showed up, there was NO ONE ELSE in the drive through lines anywhere, I checked in at the speaker, and moved to the window to get our food. After I was handed our drinks, the acting manager looked out the window at me and told the drive through attendant " tell him to pull around" like they do when they are super busy, and I have a salad in the order. I've been told the last FIVE times to pull around. They were NOT BUSY at all ! They don't use the second line to deliver food, just take orders. By the time the attendant told me to pull around I had SEEN with my own eyes the salad being passed to the packaging counter inside, and still there was only ONE vehicle behind me. 20 more seconds and I could have had my food and gone, but NO I had to pull around again. And yep, as soon as I got to the other side of the restaurant, a woman was walking out with my food, just like the five times this happened before. So the CALL I got was them telling me OTHER customers were more important, and this was their "Procedure". It's Sad ! We like the chicken and the chain supporting good things, but when the food quality goes down, and service is lacking, then they CALL to TELL me that's a procedure whether it's needed or not, I suggest others pay attention and take their business elsewhere, as I shall now do. Read moreWent Thur the drive Thur tonight due to having a long day My sister asked for a side salad with a side of spicy grilled chicken. The drive Thur worker Rebecca who stated she was night manger that I could not order that because the side salads don’t come like that but I could get a bigger salad with spicy chicken but not a side salad, I agreed to paying for a bigger salad with spicy chicken. I got home noticed I got charged for southwest chicken salad so I called and asked for a manager so the order could be fixed. Rebecca again stated she was night manager and she is the one who helped me and that is what I asked for so I could not get it fixed unless I want to pay for an additional salad. I asked for the general manager she put a man on the phone who stated he was the general manager and he was so rude and hateful. He kept saying he’s not fixing the order I can pay for a new one because I agreed on that salad when I paid. I again told him what happen and asked if I could get the correct salad made he told me no that I purchased that salad so he was not willing to fix it unless I wanted to pay for a new one. He kept calling me and my sister liars saying he heard what we asked for that he didn’t have to replace it or correct it because we already paid and if we wanted the correct salad we would have to purchase it another one. I come to this location at least twice a week and never have I been treated the way I was. It is very sad to have been treated so poorly by two managers who are suppose to be leaders of this location and set a good examples for the other workers and act the way they did. This company is suppose to represent good values and be kind to others and this was not what was shown today. I am very disappointed...
Read moreUsually this place is great and the employees are very kind but I went to this evening and after paying for my food and waiting at the window for my order I had my car window still cracked open and I could hear the employees talking. A girl inside getting the orders ready asked one of the workers outside of the window if this order was for Alicia, (my name is Alyssa) the employee by the name of Charley I believe, then replied to her in a very disrespectful sarcastic tone “ Alicia, Alyssa, Elisa, whatever they are all the same.” I then rolled my window down and said “no they are not the same” they instantly got embarrassed and the girl standing beside her apologized to me saying “we are so sorry we had no idea you could hear us” while the girl who actually said it (Charley) just stares at me. Then Carley goes to the window for a sec gets my food and brings it to me while she says “thank you soooooo much!!! Have a great night my pleasure my pleasure” again, sarcastically. So in closure as I opened my bag to eat my food I noticed there was something written on my sauce bag in pen, it said “ALICIA” :) with a smiley face and pen underling the name. Clearly an immature act of an employee, talking about customers and being disrespectful in little ways like so is not professional at all and in no way an acceptable representation of a company, even if it is fast food.
