Sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. Was behind two cars. After about 10 minutes I got out to see what was going on, and the person at the front of the line told me they had no idea what was taking the workers so long, that he was told "they were dealing with a bunch of big orders," (except the lobby was completely empty...??) eventually got to move up to order, and then waited another 5-10 minutes just to get our food and pay. When I got up to the paying I joked and asked if it was free due to the wait and a very rude employee told me NO, (well, obvs...it was a joke... sort of.) but he wasn't apologetic at all, and was clearly in a bad mood. If he had even apologized I would have been much more understanding, (maybe he was working solo? Someone called out? Who knows... but I would have understood if I was met with an explanation instead of rudeness.) he proceeded to tell me they were already closed (it was NOW, after all this time, 10:04pm,) and I said then why didn't you say that before...? And he said "you would've been waiting in line anyway," which made no sense to me because I wouldn't have been waiting in line if I was told it was closed... But it wasn't closed when we drove up, so my guess is he was probably behind on closing and perhaps doing a round of illegal substances in the back or something, I don't know. All I know is the service was terrible and I have no intention of going back.
(For reference the only thing we ordered was a chocolate milkshake and jalapeno poppers, and the two people in front of us only ordered two-ish items as well, as I saw them handed out.)
Whoever was working needs to probably be reprimanded. His attitude and lack of concern for his customers wait time was atrocious for service work... And I AM a service worker, so I understand the job.

I received a wierd response from this vendor. They want me to go to their website or something and either post another review or discuss this one. I'm pretty sure they left a link & that it didn't work. I'll get back to you on this.
Okay. I checked my trash folder and couldn't find anything regarding the original review. All of my other trash items are there going back to the end of January. The original review was made the end of March to the beginning of April, so I'm not sure what happened there.

Read moreThe manager (I called and got his name - Justin) was working the drive thru window. He was very brusque while taking my order. I ordered a #21 combo, he quickly replied with "what to drink?" I said "coffee" and he said "is that everything?" I said "3 Splendas and 3 creams please". He quickly responded "Is that everything?" I said "yes". I got to the window and he handed me orange juice. I said I had coffee. He took the OJ back and handed me coffee and my bag and I was dismissed. I went to my office. No Splenda, no cream, but I did receive 15 napkins (I counted them). The food was decent. More lukewarm than hot. I realize fast food is supposed to be fast, but he acted like he was passing out food to marathon runners. As a manager, he's not very good.
