Paneah's Bistro — Restaurant in Sandpoint

Many restaurants I’ve been to have claimed to have “the best breakfast burrito in town” but I take one bite and am disgusted. Many people have left reviews for restaurants claiming “this is the best breakfast burrito I’ve had in my life” but these people are either liars or have no sense of taste. Many restaurants have banners hanging showing “award winning breakfast burrito” but guess what? Yup. Terrible.

Needless to say, I am a little picky when it comes to my tortilla wrapped morning meal… and allow me to assure you—Paneah’s Bistro makes a damn good...

Food is good but for some reason takes forever. I have been here twice and both times ordered a paninni and a flatbread and both times it took along time to get my food and both times there were only 1 or 2 other customers waiting on food. The second visit was 42 minuets to get our food. Being a bistro and ordering a sandwich I did not expect them to take this long. The place is decent but be prepared to wait even for a simple...

A lovely little bistro with some great food. What actually impressed me though, wasn't the food it was the staff. In a the short time I was here, I watched the staff give a girl a drink when she didn't get cash and comfort a man talking about his loss. They staff is wonderful, you can tell they put care into what they do. I'll definitely be back again. I recommend the Chicken...
