Read moreWe were here several times this summer as we have season passes and dining plans. It is served by cafeteria style. At times, the beef has big chunks that are difficult to chew and swallow. When it doesn't have big chunks, it is very good. I suggest you put a little less rice in the bowl and a little more lettuce. Also wish they would put selections over the entire entree evenly instead of finding all the beans in one spot and all the corn in a different spot. Also, these are VERY large entrees.
