When I went inside my mother took her order first, my mother is hard of hearing and when my dad told her that taking over her order for her, he put his head back and rolled his eyes. My dad started ordering, and the women did not ask him what he wanted, just started putting stuff on his plate. Then, it was my turn. I asked for rice and she put it on the plate and then put chow mein on my plate, I hadn’t asked for it and I told her I didn’t ask for it. She looked at me and then passed it to the other guy. Since I already had my hands on the plate I couldn’t get my food changed, I tried changing it and the guy was very snotty and putting up an attitude over a meal they could’ve simply fixed without an issue. They started another plate and then said we’d have to pay for that one too after we already paid for everything else. We ended up walking out and leaving the trays there on the table. On the other hand view from outside was amazing, the inside was messy and had bits of trash everywhere with peoples food sitting at seats, I don’t blame them. Customer service, terrible. Food was alright,...
Read moreChanged rules of meal deal. Can only get one entree and one side but two spring rolls that are the equivalent of the same entree. Has no photos of what the meal deal includes, just different number combos. Should definitely include the meal deal on the menu. I've gotten two entrees everytime I've visited panda up until today, when they finally decided to enforce their rules. Everyone should be on the same page here. I witnessed the other day a girl in front of me get in line, grab her food, and completely walk out of the restaurant without paying, yet your worried about me getting a second entree. Only reason for the one star is because the supervisor copped up an attitude when i questioned him about this and said "You got a paper when you bought the meal deal if what you can and can't get." I never got a paper nor does it say anywhere you can only get "one entree and side." Stay consistent. Needs a sign posted for next year....
Read moreMy girlfriend’s rice was cold and hard, almost as if uncooked. The only size option they offer is a plate, which is a side and two entrees — no bowls, which is one side and one entree. The associate making orders (who was a bit rude to me) was telling multiple people that they couldn’t mix and match entrees on their plates, essentially serving double portions of a single entree, despite the menu hanging right above her advertising the fact that you could, in fact, mix and match, just like you can at every other Panda Express location. The menu is also very limited compared to a normal Panda Express outside of the park. This would have been excusable, but all of the previously outlined issues make this unacceptable. My pass discount also didn’t work and I was not told why. Just a terrible experience. Save your money and go to a Panda Express...
