Cafe Two Thousand — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

This establishment used to be owned by an old married couple. It's under new ownership for approximately the past 6 months. The new owner is a guy that wears glasses. He is very RUDE and disrespectful. I witness him go off on a young lady that asked him if he used a certain ingredient because she has food allergies. He not only decided to get loud and try to antagonize her. He would not let it go! He kept making these disrespectful comments to her. He even make a comment about Chinese people which I didn't understand because no one that was in there in the time were Chinese. I left shortly after she did because I witness him touching food with hospital gloves after he touched a customer's money and then he took off the gloves and prepared food with his bare hands. Another customer in there said that he does that all the time. Talking about nasty!!!! I'm sure you're not suppose to be using latex hospital gloves when dealing with customer's food. This is a TERRIBLE place to eat! I work in the 960 building and I have not like my experience dealing with Seals the cafe owner. For one, they pick and choose who they serve first due to the unprofessional and unorganized service. They are always backed up & they over charge for a simple boiled egg!! Seals always puts something extra in your meal but when you ask for it again he becomes very hostile. Seals constantly racially profile black women when we ask for our meals made a certain way. I would not recommend eating here, they don’t even clean their grill. Meals are always greasy and made with laxative. You would think since we all work in healthcare he would treat you nice but NO. The owner, Sia, is great for a chat, a few laughs, and a couple of bites of whatever he's cooking up. I was expecting a hospital cafe with dry, prepackaged muffins and microwave sausages, but that's not the case at all! I came in time to try the spare ribs and they were massive and delicious.
