I had lip filler done by nurse Thao Nguyen 2 weeks ago and I am in love with my results! Finding the office was very easy. There's a parking deck behind the office which you park at and be sure to take the ticket with you because they validate parking. The office is located on the 6th floor. I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment time and the front desk receptionist immediately greeted me and put me in the room. Nurse Thao came by a few minutes later and introduced herself and we talked about what I wanted to achieve. She was very nice and listened to me and recommended we do a full syringe of RHA 3 in my lips since I had previously had that a few years ago. She did such a terrific job and was very gentle and caring. I barely felt any pain! I also received 10 units of free Botox since they had a special happening in the month of May. At the end of my visit I barely had any bruising which was great. It has been 2 weeks since I received the filler and Botox and I'm very happy with my results. The staff was so so friendly and nurse Thao even texted me the next day to ask how I'm doing! They also emailed me post care instructions and scheduled a 2 week follow up to check in with me. I have never been happier with my skin! The aestheticians at Ellemes have far exceeded my expectations. I’ve been going to Ellemes for a little over a year and they have completely transformed my skin and provided me with a skincare routine to keep my skin beautiful, youthful and healthy! Recently I saw Jaycee for a chemical peel. She took the time to analyse my skin and listen to my history and chose a peel that would provide the best results. I have not had a breakout since getting this peel and my acne scars, uneven skin tone and redness have decreased! I can really see a difference and so can others! I now get compliments on how smooth my skin looks, it is such a great feeling! I’ve also seen Jaycee for various areas of laser hair removal. Ellemes has a pain free laser and it makes this process so worth it! Jaycee’s attention to detail and continuation of my treatment plan have really made a difference. I wish I had a good experience here given all the positive reviews, but Jaycee seemed to be in a hurry or just not interested in entertaining the free consult I was there for.

I never got to sit down in a room with her to talk, stood in a hallway the entire time, which was just super uncomfortable.

I asked her about a stomach scar I was interested in getting treated, and she didn't even to see it (or ask any details about it), but quoted me several hundred dollars' worth of work. Pretty much told me I had terrible skin and that I should be worried after doing my skin analysis (which I've had done before about 4 months prior and scored in the 90th percentile for all categories), but didnt even go into detail about what was so "worrying" as she put it. It seemed like she just wanted to scare me into a bunch of treatments (which BTW I am totally fine and open to do-hence why I am here). I left super uneasy with zero intention of ever returning for treatments.
