Let me start with I think they made the names up once I asked for them, but Madison which I was told she going through something right now, as I pull in the drive thru all of a sudden this individual proceeds to say, Continue with you order rude and loudly, So i wanted to say, you never asked for my order in the first place but ok, I would like etc. She asked after the first item is that it, so I say no then Continued with my order. I pull up to the window she doesn't even look my way just tells me the price and i hand her my card. I go to the front, the young lady really was probably just following her environment. I was asked to pull forward because I needed to wait on the nuggets which I'm ok with. I get my food and it's got not one but 2 fries cold, burger had everything I asked not to be put on, then the nuggets I waited for I didn't even get the amount I ordered!!! Then I came back in, had multiple people rush at me like these are my friends etc they never mess anything up you're wrong! I'm calmly asking for my money back, the child proceeds to walk up after saying the most up disrespectful thing I've ever heard out of a kids mouth and passes gas literally right up next to me! Everyone's laughing because they dont know who they are talking to so im seriously thinking to myself if I see any of those kids there again, I will be more than happy to watch the tape! Ill wait! I don't care who their parents are none of those employees that were working your night shift tonight not only should be fired also all of the kids that were there actually the only people in there at the time should never be allowed to work or attend any of your corporations locations ever again. It is a shame because it is inside Northside Hospital and patients are stuck so they just found care about anything. located inside Northside Hospital and people are stuck and they don't care about quality, service or correctness in order.
