Normally, or at least last month, this location was fairly dependable, and I didn't experience any problems. Just a few minutes ago, I went through and ordered a #7 (2 cheeseburger meal with extra pickles, large with a coke in addition to a filled of fish with extra tartar. I correctly received a large fry and large coke, however...All sandwiches had a sticker on them with the mods listed, but they reversed the mod. Instead of extra tarter, I received no tartar. Instead of extra pickle, I got 1/2 a pickle. Not to mention, it was thrown together with zero pride. She returned my back to me with a severe attitude as though this was all my fault. On my way back to my vehicle, I looked in my bag and realized she didn't get my fries back to me. So, I'm like...??? 🤨 I went back inside to let her know that they had forgotten my fries, and she basically told me that I couldn't have them. I mean, I have them back, with a few bites out, but still. I asked for a coupon. She said we don't have any. "But mamn, I drove back 15 min to get this fixed. Can you offer me a discount?" She said no, there's your meal, we remade it. "Well, can i at least have my fries back? I gave them back to you in the bag" she argued with me for 45 seconds and finally folded because there was a line behind me of people that didn't receive their food, had wrong orders, didn't get their drinks etc... I get that people have bad days, but this was a bad one for this location. But what made me leave this review was when I asked her for her name... she said, "figure it out, or do some investigation." So....nope nope nope, now way. She asked for it. Request granted. I am a manager of managers, you could say... she has absolutely zero business, even running a kool-aid stand. $15 dollars won't break me, thankfully, but,l this is my last visit here. Read moreWhere do I even begin! I work down the street and occasionally stop at this McDonald’s. I have made that mistake 4 times and I have only been there 4 times. To start off, the manager has got to go. Even the employees blame and “roll their eyes” about her. When the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, she decided to turn off her mic to the second lane. I waited there for 6 mins watching cars behind me go before I decided to go ahead to the window. That is where I was the manager and an employee yelling at each other. The manager legitimately threw my food at me into my car. The next I went, I ordered drove thru to the window, the check was right, but my food was wrong. Once again, the manager came up “tried” to fix it, giving me the wrong order again and then charged me double. When I said something about it, she literally said “nope that’s right.”....ok luckily, I don’t care about the money as much as how she has treated me twice. Third attempt, I went inside (thinking it might be better)...NO! The manager once again was arguing with her employees. As a manager there is a boundary you set while working and she has completely crossed it. I ordered and waited and she asked me to move while she was holding my card. I asked for it and instead of laughing or joking about it she rolled her eyes at me!!! What! I feel very disrespected and unwelcome to the restaurant. Read moreFirst of all, I would like to ask, 'why are you all even open?' Second, I ordered a 2 for 3 with a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese, a medium Coffee, and 2 hash browns. Third, the crew who took my order, stated that I couldn't get a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese with the 2 for 3 until I informed him that their menu board clearly states otherwise and has a lovely photo of a Bacon, Egg & Cheese. Fourth, I pulled around to the first window and I had to ask for my total. Fifth, I was asked, "Did he tell you that we're only accepting cash?" I responded, "He did not!" I had cash so that wasn't an issue but I was so tempted to say that I didn't have cash to get out of even placing my order because I was now regretting that I even stopped there. I should have went to the Waffle House across the street as I usually do. After I paid for my order, I drove to the second window and I received my food rather quickly but the crew or manager who gave me my food said nothing about my coffee. He pulled out a filter and a bag of coffee grounds. Now, I knew that they didn't even have coffee ready and they didn't even begin to brew the coffee until after I received my food. This is totally unacceptable. Again, I ask, "why are you guys even open?" I only go to this McDonald's as a last resort and after my visit tonight, I'm like why even bother.
