WORST PIZZA HUT EXPERIENCE IāVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ON THIS LOCATION.
So I ordered a Dinner Box for CONTACTLESS DELIVERY which requires the delivery man to leave the pizza at the door after delivery and not be at your doorstep. Instead, this delivery man decided to stand IN FRONT of my door after I waited about 2 minutes to answer the door - so he could complain about the tip amount I gave (which I paid online). Let it be known, this Pizza Hut location is literally only 3 mins away from my home. For one, no customer is required to leave a tip for any deliveries. For two, he was not supposed to be at my door after I requested a CONTACTLESS DELIVERY.
So I call the location to complain because I realized after that horrendous experience, that they also completely messed up my ordered which I was overcharged as well. As I ordered cheesesticks with my Dinner Box and instead I received breadsticks, which made the order an upcharge. So instead of correct customer care and satisfaction that EVERY food business is supposed to show, the āManagerā Whoās name is āDevonteā told me I would have to return the breadsticks to get my cheese sticks that I was charged for and switched the line over on me twice to handle other customers order, very rudely. Also he did not address the delivery horrible and threatening attitude of not receiving the tip āhe wantedā which was completely out of line and policy for any employee at any pizza restaurant. I repeated myself time & time again before hanging up the phone. *this location has disabled the ability for special requests when ordering online and I am specific about not wanting burnt cheese bread. When I arrived to pick up my order, the bread AAA over cooked. I asked if it could be refried, was informed it would and would require another 10 minutes. Before walking out, I hear mumbles about my perception of the bread being burnt. I return in 10 minutes to no cheese sticks waiting for me nor or they nearly done. The employee went to the back to ask the lady to re-fire them and I can hear her saying she thought the first ones was fine and didn't realize that they'd been requested to be remade. It's always something at this location which is why I try my best to avoid them but I really wanted some cheese sticks. Which I never received b/c I was just so outdone with the lack of customer service and my time that's been wasted! So, I placed my order at 11:30a and it didn't arrive until 12:45p. While I was waiting, I called the PizzaHut to see what was taking so long. He then told me my order was on the way but didn't give much detail. He then offered to take $5 off my total. Maybe about 15mins after that call, still no pizza! As I preceeded to call PizzaHut back to cancel the order, the delivery driver walked in with the food. I was so upset; namely because the store is like 5 mins up the street!!!!! I'm not proud of this, but I only gave the delivery guy a $1 tip! Then, I rushed to eat my lunch in the 10 minutes I had left of my break. That's when I discovered the food tasted horrible. I ordered the new p'zollo sandwiches. Eh! It had absolutely 0 flavor!!! and most of it was just bread, with just a couple peices of meat inside. Is this what I waited 1hr and 15mins for?!?!?!?!?
