Starbucks — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

People who visit this location are already under stress (it's a children's hospital) and when you visit this Starbuck you would think that they would have friendly or at the very least competent workers. We were charged for an extra drink we didn't ask for and when I told her we only ordered 2 drinks she just looked at me and say "oh, my bad. Well damn." I told her it was fine, well take it since we already paid for it but then took a long time to give us our drinks. When we finally got our drinks they were awful. We got Frappuccinos matcha and Java chip. They were just cold milk with chocolate and cookies and milk with matcha powder. They either just left them sitting there after they made them or they just didn't know how. With the attitudes and lack of care they showed, my guess is that it was the former and...

The baristas at this location are rude and give the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Starbucks. They are on their personal cell phones and they even gave me the wrong drink but I didn’t want to deal with the negative attitude so I just kept it. Definitely needs work...
