My friend brought me here because it’s a casual Greek restaurant she loves in her neighborhood. She & I are pretty picky and all about freshly cooked quality food. Though it’s a major chain casual restaurant, their service and quality is like that of a mom & pop restaurant. Menu is easy to follow, and they can make exceptions to certain things for instance take tomatoes out of the salad. The manager Damyon takes a hands on approach and it shows. Everyone is usually friendly and works diligently. He even came by our table to check on us. Even though our dog sneaked in through the doors no one made a fuss. Their grilled chicken is perfectly seasoned and not dry!! The cucumbers and cheese were fresh and the pepperoncinni wasn’t too spicy or pickled. She had the lamb feast and Greek salad and her lamb was also perfectly seasoned and moist. We found out a few ingredients like the Greek salt, Kalamata olives, lemon juice in the dressing (and used to marinade the chicken) and pepperoncinni are imported from Greece. The restaurant prepares the food daily every morning. Thank you all for making us feel welcome and a great clean delicious meal. They also have an app so you can pre-order and earn rewards.

UPDATE: Not only did Taziki's notice my review, but I received a phone call from Melody, their maketing person in Virginia, but Joe the district manager (??) Personally delivered my Dads lunch and the lunch for all of the nursing staff in Dad's wing and reception today. Thank you soo much for the gracious, random act of kindness. I live in Arizona and my dad is in a nursing home in Marietta, Georgia and send food from here to him 2 to 3 times a week and they always get it right, the front desk is always helpful, never have any problems and the quality of food is outstanding. My dad's favorite restaurant not in doordash but they use door dash as a 3rd party delivering service. He loves their Greek lemon chicken soup and cucumber salad pints.

Great atmosphere, and the food is delicious. The beef medallions are awesome, and if you get it with the Greek salad it's even better. I really liked the Greek lemon chicken soup. It has a distinct lemon taste, which honestly, just works. In fact, the taste has made me consider getting a whole chicken to-go one night soon. The basmati rice is amazing. I do get this to-go, so I can mix it with some things. And, the lamb gyro is what I normally get. Sometimes the sauce is a little too runny, but that's because of the veggies. Just ask for it on the side or an extra cup to go. The ambiance is casual enough stop by for a quick bite or "wine" down with a drink; Additionally, it's nice enough choice for a date night. Very neat place.

My experience with Taziki’s was a colossal underperformance. First let me say their online ordering and to go process was very effective and all the employees were wearing masks. Our food was warm and properly packaged. When we used to be able to dine-in, their managers and servers have been wonderful people. But, unfortunately, in a day that I craved greek food, I was left hugely disappointed. My grilled lamb “feast” was anything but a feast. It seemed to consist of a side salad, some roasted potatoes and lamb meat. It was not really fulfilling. Meat was very very tough, very disappointing. The potatoes were blend and looked like they were cooked a while back and reheated. I am generally not such a picky eater, but there is really not much more to talk about in the feast. I got up feeling hungry and went to eat my wife’s leftovers. I would have expected at least some more side items, like pita or rice... not having pita to munch on was a big miss in my “greek food” expectations. My wife’s leftover rice was a pretty good though. I see they are very highly rated and I can believe a lot of people would love their food. It just wasn’t on par with my expectations. I am rating them low on my Google Maps so their algorithm never thinks Taziki’s food is 84% match for me. Because it just wasn’t. They are our local option during the pandemic, so you should give them your business. But I am much more like a “mediterranean grill” or “it’s greek to us” kind of guy and will leave Tatziki’s to people...

Terrible experience today 11/11/23 at this Taziki's. I invited a friend to meet me at this Sandy Springs location and if I could give a negative rating I would. My Salmon was rare done. It was almost sushi done. When does someone assume you like to eat rare done fish. My friend Lamb was hard. I just had them redo my Salmon and got it in to go box. The table was sticky and dirty. If the Board of health visited today, they would get a extremely low score. If you walk into the cafe and see no one Greek, turn around and leave immediately. When I got home I just ate the rice and my Salmon myself that was redone was cooked well done but was way too salty. I normally eat at the Kennesaw location and never had a bad experience but this Sandy Springs location need to up their service, quality of food and cleanliness of the tables. If you are not going to have someone Greek fix the food, made sure who is doing it can do it like one is in Greece not downtown Atlanta...I was so upset I left my 2 packages of cookies at the table that is how fast I wanted out of this unkept place. Dirty, sticky tables in the booth...unacceptable. The owner of this establishment better get it together or they will be closed soon like the vacant building...
