I called ahead of time and asked if they make the birthday cake frappuccino. They said we had to come with the recipe and they would make it. I came through the drive through window. I wanted to show them the picture to make sure that it came out right. They said they would not take our order because we wanted to show the picture, unless we came inside because of the timing. I understand people are waiting but we are waiting too and wanting our order to come out correct. If we had ordered it at the window and they hadn't executed it correctly we would have requested a new one showing them the picture, which would've taken up time regardless. When the manager Jeremiah came to speak to us he said come inside or get out of the way because you're blocking my window. I guess when you get so desperate to hire people, you settle with those who have poor communication skills and who are rude. We then contacted corporate, where the female who took our call didn't even get to the point of submitting our complaint because she didn't know how to locate store locations, asking us for the store number as if a customer would know that. We told her the address multiple times and she kept repeating back to us random location addresses. The only reason we went to Starbucks was for the birthday cake frappuccino. Otherwise we usually go to Dutch bros Coffee. This validated that we should've gone there in the first place. Which, after this encounter, that's exactly what we did. Read moreI went in to get me and my coworker a drink before our shift. Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and an iced chai latte. When I received them, the chai was in the frappe and the coffee was given to me in the iced "chai" latte.
I returned shortly after to explain this problem to them. I was blatantly told I was wrong. My Barista told me that my frappe was coffee and the chai was in fact a chai. I felt like I was being spoken to as if I was stupid. The frappe I ordered is my go to order, I order it everytime I visit and I know what it tastes like. I also know the difference between chai and coffee. They taste VASTLY different.
Eventually he did offer to remake it. However they only remade the iced chai latte, which was in fact chai when received the second time. My frappe was not remade.
Customer service was really poor, and I am extremely disappointed as I have gone to this Starbucks in the past multiple times...
Read moreIf i’m going to be honest, I go to Starbucks at least four times a week. This is the closest location to my house and every time I go there they mess up my order.
