[This review is for One Noodle Bar] Good ramen place! We were heading to our regular ramen place on 4th of July but once we arrived, they are close. Wanting to eat ramen so bad, we googled other ramen places nearby that are open and this place popped up with good reviews so we decided to give it a try. Once stepping in, we were a bit skeptical because nobody was there. The place is decently decorated but nothing fancy. They have several locations so that probably guarantee that they are good enough. We order tonkotsu ramen, karaage, and takoyaki. All are delicious! Being in SLC, I judge this by comparing to other restaurants in the proximity and this by far one of the best I have tried. They give a lot of noodles that my parents couldn’t finish their bowl. What I appreciate is that the temperature of the foods are perfect. If you eat takoyaki often, you probably know that it can burn your tongue if you are not careful enough. It’s not the problem here. The foods are warm and you can dig in every dish right away. I would definitely come back and recommend...

My partner and I chose a new ramen place to check out! The restaurant had upbeat music and was very well lit with a lot of windows, always an added bonus. We were greeted right away, seated and given two menus. One for regular pricing and their specials, which honestly had deals you couldn't pas.

I'm not sure if it was because it was Memorial Day, but we were the only table in the restaurant for the first 30 minutes. A plus for me, as it meant no wait!

I ordered the deal "Gyoza + Any Ramen for $16" and my partner ordered the same. My ramen choice was the Spicy Tonkotsu. The dish had decent flavor, although it tasted as if it were missing something and the noodles were a tad overdone. I was not asked what meat I wanted, however was satisfied with what the server brought.

Our Gyoza came out within 5 minutes and the ramen shortly after. They nailed it with quick service! Although I would have preferred to enjoy my appetizer before being served my dish right away.

Overall, the presentation was enjoyable and ultimately, I would go back...

Grabbed take out at 930pm on a Friday night. Place was busy. I ordered the yummy duck Ramen. It was really good and not too expensive. My only complaint is that there was barely any duck in my Ramen, maybe 6 very small pieces. My wife ate at the west Jordan location last week and enjoyed the yummy duck Ramen so I ordered it from the sandy location. As soon as I got home i put it in the bowl and she looked at it and said "where's the duck" ? Maybe they were running low on roast duck on a busy Friday night so I got less than normal ? She also said there were more vegetables when she ordered and dined onsite. I don't know but it did not seem that I ordered the duck Ramen because there was really no duck in it. Overall it had a good flavored broth, plenty of noodles, lack of duck and vegetables. I will try again maybe on a Monday and eat onsite so if the portion of duck is meager I can bring...

A competitive rival for the best ramen we’ve had in Salt Lake, though much closer to home which helps tip our scales, One Noodle Bar has us excited about ramen again! *Also currently our absolute number one spot for potstickers!* I was stunned when I found out they were cooked from frozen, though it doesn’t bother me when they taste like they do once it hits the table. Such a drool worthy dipping sauce to go with excellent gyoza. They’ve recently begun a loyalty reward card as well, with one free bowl of ramen after you buy five, and have rolled out ramen combos where you can choose a small appetizer to go with your bowl for a fixed price. Their winter special is a Tan Tan ramen bowl and we are in love with it right now.
