UPDATE YOUR PRICES OUTSIDE WITH ACCURATE PRICES THAT CORRESPONDS TO YOUR PRICE CARDS INSIDE. If you give me a price thats wrong or a total that sounds wrong. You will will be questioned.... why? Don't tell me that's the price when you have a menu board that's says a different price. I will not pay your price card price that your telling when you have something different on the outside. Don't sigh and huff and puff because we are questioning you about the price on the board and the price card you have beside your register. Excuse yourself properly and say what your doing. Here's a suggestion " Let me get the manager ". You just walked away !!!Manager come back with an understanding of what's going on. Not... Can I help you? The young Female with black curly hair with a nose ring that's unprofessional to wear in the workplace.... Learn to take in what customers tell you. Advertising price is the rule and what customer look at!!! That's what people see and organize what there are going to buy. We don't want surprises. Not the excuse the price went up. You all should take in consideration of your outside and inside business that means being up to date.(Prices) Part of the reason also is she doesn't listen. She got sizes wrong and prices wrong. Listen so you don't have hiccups like this. Inflation is everywhere and people have a sour taste when you say the price went up. We all have to come up with lots of money for everything we buy. To the Manager if you can walk outside to throw garbage away you come out to look at the pricing board. There's no safety issue going on outside. Otherwise your saying it's a bad unsafe environment to be at your business. Your just selling ice milk not delivering babies. It just show the laziness...
Read moreThis place is a hilarious joke! The last time we came here they messed up our order and made our blizzards with chocolate ice cream AND gave us the dog treat bowl WITHOUT ANY TREATS. Wth?? But it gets better... we said we didn't want the messed up order and would rather have our money back. They said they don't give returns, company policy... I stated that that isn't true and there is no sign posted saying this "policy". The blonde teenager then got snotty like a baby and started complaining to her coworkers IN FRONT OF OUR FAMILY so I told her I wanted to talk to the manager. She then said, "So would a lot of people but they're never here so too bad." I told her that if she can't do refunds and there's no supervision to prevent her from acting like a toddler, she could at least make what we paid for. This kid gave us the correct order this time BUT ONLY HALF FULL. No joke, the blizzards were 2 inches from the top instead of the usual 1 inch over. I asked why she did this and she said, "the mixing machine TAKES OUT THE AIR IN THE ICE CREAM. If you were smart, you would have noticed that." Umm... what?! Instead of taking "air" out of our icecream, you should have taken some out of your head. Idiot. Oh and by the way, they've been saying their restroom is "out of order" for...
Read moreWe don't complain anywhere. But after several times being given wrong items, or the item not being made right, we just won't go back. I know you might say that we should complain and give them a chance to fix things but after what I witnessed the other night, no way! Someone was nicely addressing that an item they had paid over $11 for... Yep, that much and another over $10 for were not made how they normally are, the manager told the customers that they seemed to frequently have an issue, and that she would remake one but not the other. As the people left, I heard the one with the remade one say that it still wasn't right. Nope, I'm done, as I suspect those folks are also. We don't spend like them. I heard him say his bill was nearly $30 for the three of them, and that it was the same the night before. They used to have a good crew who made things right consistently. I guess the labor shortage has made them hire folks who aren't the best at following recipes. Just my opinion, but we'll wait a year, or so, and see if the crew changes, then maybe the orders will come out right. They stay busy because they are the only "game in town" so to speak.
