This restaurant is a joke! I cannot believe the staff's incompetence, ignorance and lack of professionalism, not to mention the nasty attitude!! On 2/1 I called the Sanford store 3 times to place an order, around 5:30 and was told it would be ready by 6pm. Having passed several other pizzerias/ food places, I arrived there to a very long line and no one at the front register. When a young girl finally appears, she tells the woman before me who was there also for a pick up, that her order wasn't ready and that she had no idea when it would be. When I asked for my order, she told me the same! WTH?? Really? This girl never greeted anyone, never apologized to anyone for the wait or offer anything to compensate. Zero customer service skills! I told her I needed her to go find out instead of telling me she didn't know. A young guy (someone supposedly in charge) goes to check and says, 'It hasn't even been made yet'. When i asked how much longer I would have to wait, he didn't understand the question and others had to explain what I meant! He says.. 25 minutes! Again.. WTH?? Another woman there says to me, I've been waiting for my order for 45 minutes, when she sees me shake my head. I leave and return 25 minutes later to a line with no one in the front to tend to the customers. About 5 minutes later, the same young girl reappeared without greeting anyone or apologizing for the wait. When i asked for my order, she couldn't find it and when she asks the others, a woman in the back yells, tell (my name) I'll get to her order when I get to it! My order had already been made and put away. The girl finds it, hands it over and walks away. I still haven't paid. I wait for her to reappear to ask if the order was free since she didn't ask for payment (I should've left without paying) Another girl comes to the counter with a very nasty attitude saying outloud how she had to calm herself down to avoid telling off the customers... WHAT??? The other girl calls the young man to get my payment.. no apologies, no nothing! I had it and told them what horrible customer service they had.. they looked dumbfounded and didn't say a word or even apologize as I was paying but the girl with the very nasty attitude walked away saying outloud how she better walk away before she said anything to me! WAO!! I'm in complete disbelief at the ignorance, immaturity and terrible service of the staff at this store! I don't know who was in charge because they never identified themselves as such!
To the owner(s) of this store, I urge you to evaluate the staff present today. Your store will fail, your sales will suffer. I'm sure others walked away without paying, like I could've done. Whatever training these people have, clearly didn't take. They were extremely behind in all orders and were taking their frustration out on the customers making inappropriate comments on front of everyone there. I will never go to this location again and encourage others to do the same. Go elsewhere where you will be better treated, respected, acknowledged and appreciated for your business! Clearly, my review is one of many singing the same song which means nothing has changed. Go...
Read moreI have never in my life experienced such an absolute lack of professionalism and customer service as I did at the Little Caesars in Sanford. From the moment I walked in, the employees’ attitudes were less than desirable—rude, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. Instead of treating paying customers with even the bare minimum of courtesy, they acted as though they were being inconvenienced by simply doing their jobs. After waiting for an hour for my order i realised instead of 3 pizza i was handed 2, when addressed the employee stated she did not hear me when i said the third pizza and that it would be another hour for the pizza, when i questioned her about it because she had already charged me for the pizza (how she did not hear me ill never know)she then responded "I have too many online orders, so yes it will be another hour for your pizza if you want a refund call the manager to.orrow bc theres noone here to help you right now". I picked up what i had with my reciept in hand and left, dumbfounded on what just happened.
The customer service was non-existent. No greeting, no respect, no attempt at problem-solving—just eye rolls, snarky remarks, and a complete disregard for basic hospitality. It was clear that management has no control over this location, because this behavior was beyond unacceptable.
If this is how Little Caesars chooses to run their stores, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Disrespectful staff, unprofessional service, and an overall disgusting display of how not to run a business. Sanford deserves better than this...then again considering the ppl that work there, this type of service is to be...
Read moreWhatever you do do not order from here on a Friday night. I ordered two sets of puffs and my Fiancé ordered two sets of puffs and a brownie at roughly 7:30 PM mind you I understand it’s a Friday night things get slammed and it’s busy. I didn’t mind waiting. It took roughly 49 minutes for my food to get finished, which was fine at 8:19 my order was ready sitting in the warmer. I go to ask one of the associates about my Fiancé‘s order I tell them her name and I give the order exactly and what they tell me is oh, it’s on the bottom of the list. They didn’t take any care to even bother to look at the labels of the orders they’ve been pumping out to see if her order came up So I waited. Almost 30 minutes after my initial time that my food was ready I ask one of the associates again and she gives me the same answer and then one of the people in the back that’s making the food tells her no that order is ready. It’s in the back warmer, which means it was ready. The whole time that my food was ready, but yet I waited an extra 30 minutes when it’s busy pumping out orders is one thing, but making sure the customers that are in the dining room waiting to pick up the orders is the number one key to success Clearly, everyone in charge of this location pays no mind to the customer. You’ve...
