Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sanford

This Dunkin needs some serious help. You walk in the door, the chime goes off and nobody acknowledges you. The young lady and her child in front of us were already standing there for a long time before we entered the store she said. 5 mins later the young man in a white shirt takes her order and is short with her the entire time. Then he takes our order we sit down to wait thinking she’s going to get her items first since she ordered before us, no. We get our items first and I feel so bad for the young lady and her child. Then our two large drinks aren’t even filled up the top. When I asked if there was a reason why she said that’s how it comes it’s pre measure 😂 what? I ordered two large iced drinks and you fill them up halfway but still charge me for the large? I’d like the owner/manager to reach out to me. Unacceptable. I hope to god the other location by tramway isn’t owned by the same people. That’s a MUCH better locations. Everyone else take your business to the other location off of US-1. Donut place that does anything better than donuts? That's Dunkin'. Their hash browns are very tasty but the portion is small... small french fry bag not even half filled. While I prefer Starbucks espresso based drinks, if you explain what you want, Dunkin' does a decent job in creating a decent version. I feel like if you just order their version of some of copy cat drinks they're too generous with the syrups and swirls. That said I do appreciate the price of the espresso based drinks. I ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato and hash browns and it was less than grande one alone at Starbucks. I also tipped $1 and it was still cheaper than Starbucks. Today 8/28/2016 I went to get a dozen assorted donuts and on the way home, I opened the box and grabbed a sugar donut and found ants crawling around. I turned back around and took them back. The cashier asked to give me a new dozen and the assistant manager said she was to busy to help me at the moment and then came up to the front and got very defensive and started yelling at me. I asked her name she never gave me her name. The two cashier at the front said her name is Miranda and they said they do not know her last name. I asked who her boss is and what is his name and number and how I can get in touch with him. They said his name is timothy and they do not know how to get in touch with him.
