2020-06-09: Terrible Experience from employees less than interested in being at work or serving customers. Asked for all large sandwiches to be cut -- they did NOT. Had to send back, but received ugly faces and bad attitudes. Asked for hot peppers - literally ONLY two (2) pieces on a large sandwich. Asked for extra mayo - could barely find any, had to add may @home. Most sandwich toppings were hanging out of bread. Had asked for bread-out, it was NOT. Hard 3 star service. I order here almost every week. My order is generally the exact same and it’s messed up often. Never cut in half or missing food and napkins etc. I know what to expect and have become forced to check my order for continuity. Today was slightly worse and prompted this review. Order was expectedly messed up again and the music was this terrible scream metal. I’d prefer Lamb Chops Play-along on repeat. Edit: JJ don’t send me a canned response. I ordered online. I get my sandwich which I asked for it to be cut in half which they did not do, my chips was also messing. I call the store the guy on the phone was very rude. Talking bout they cant refund me for the chips cause the order was done online. Or he said I could bring the sandwich back and they could do full refund. Why should i bring the sandwich back when my order was delivery. They should bring the chips back. I wont be ordering from Jimmy Jones again. Very rude ppl...
