After two successful visits for waxing, I decided to give this place a try for a haircut. Scheduled it via their app more than a month prior to the appointment (which was set for December). Day of the appointment, I discovered it was canceled. I was told that they had moved booking apps around the time I booked, which is still not an excuse for a cancelled appointment but I was willing to overlook it because I know how technology can be. When asked who I booked with, I told the lady I had selected the date and time I was available, not by stylist. When we figured out who the appointment was supposed to be with she said, "Oh, she doesn't do people she doesn't know so she would have cancelled it." I was shocked. I was told she would message her team to see if someone could take me, that she had my number and would tell them I had already seen her twice for waxing. She said I would hear back. It has been a month and no contact. So disappointed in the lack of follow-up and professionalsim of this salon and the team. I prefer supporting local but at this point will go back to driving to Raleigh...
Read moreI spent nearly $700 of my hard earned money trying to get my hair the color I wanted for my upcoming wedding. I understand that my hair was difficult to work with because of the dark color I was coming from(also a botched color job from another salon) but this is just unacceptable. I went in for 4 sessions of bleach balayage and this girl kept applying bleach to spots that didn't need to be lightened anymore making the blonde terribly uneven. On my 4th visit she thinned my hair without my permission so now my hair is over processed AND stringy! The 5th visit she tried to put even more bleach in even though my hair was obviously FRIED. I showed her my color inspiration (pictured below) and what I got looked NOTHING like it. Instead I got this ugly faded pink color that washed out after 3 washes. Oh, I almost forgot to mention on my last visit, these girls literally left me ALONE in the salon while my hair processed so they could go "grab a drink" from the store. Read moreHere’s a before and after of my hair I had icy blonde highlights and I needed a touch up so I went to her in June, long story short months later I’m struggling to have someone re-dye my hair and fix this $150 yellow mess because it got so damaged. I don’t recommend if you have dark hair, I asked her if she could fix it and she refused but I let it be since obviously she doesn’t care to make her customers happy.
