Totally enjoyed ourselves at Libations 139 for Chef Ham's Destination Travel Brunch Series. A group of us that totaled 7-9 visited during the European Tour, Caribbean and Korean cuisine. We tried EVERYTHING on the menu, TWICE. We were served a delicious shrimp & grits, kimchee fried rice, pork belly sandwich, chicken & waffles and a wonderful mocktail or cocktail for those who love spirits. I forgot the name of the vegetarian dish, but my friends who are vegetarian loved it. The bar tender, he was amazingly friendly and sociable. Chef Shauna visited our table to make sure the food was acceptable. When we suggested we needed a hint more sauce she gladly obliged and asked for feedback since this was something new. I believe a lot of places share kitchens now and the chef made sure our food was fresh and at the right temperature. Our group is very opinionated and outside of wishing for a pillow and blanket after a lovely brunch we were extremely pleased. We will gladly make the trip again from Greensboro and Knightdale. Oh and the atmosphere felt very relax and the restaurant...

This hole in the wall is great for cocktails, and offers food as an added gig, but, it has no kitchen. All food is microwaved. I guess the food is made in a central kitchen nearby and transported to the bar? Kind of disappointed. I ordered the shrimp and grits, not knowing that it was going to be microwaved. There has to be transparency in dining, and this is a deceptive practice I would never have expected from Chef Hamm. The drink was heavenly, with a touch of lavender. The shrimp on the grits was kind of cold and that is what made me think that something was up with the food order. I walked around to ask for another plate with hot shrimp, and I saw a black woman microwaving food. My heart sank. What is the point of even complaining? As far as service, there is none. It is pretty much self-service. You go to the bar and order both drinks and food. I live an hour away, so to drive here just for drinks is not really in the future. If it had an actual kitchen and Chef Hamm cuisine had a chance to be showcased, then I would make the trip. But not for...

Great place to get good drinks and chill! For tastings, they’ve got a good wine selection and a constantly evolving beer selection. They also have a huge selection of bottles, cases, and kegs available for purchase, including some that are already chilled. They don’t sell food, but they’ll let you bring in your own! (Dominos delivers here, and Yarborough’s is within walking distance!) If trivia is your thing you should definitely stop by Wednesdays around 6/6:30! The guy who runs trivia night recently purchased the steel pig, and soon they’ll deliver food here Wednesday evenings! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they don’t sell food. Even just snacks would be nice (something to soak up...

This was my wife and my first time here. It's open Thursday to Sat. We tried three different dishes and enjoyed them all. They have great options for if your trying to eat on the healthier side (we had a salmon dish), or a more hearty meal (enjoyed items with beef and another with biscuits and chicken). All quality fresh ingredients, with great flavors and good protions. We had a mixed drink that was to our liking. I would bring my kids here for a meal if they were not in school. Atmosphere was great, open space with a more intimate area toward the back side, full bar, light music playing, an enjoyable place. The service was friendly and on top of it all as well. We will be back.
